Let's Talk Aromatherapy and Essential Oils

Back before essential oils were trendy, they did exist!  I realize, to many, this may news!  Essential oils have existed for ages, but before the big MLMs, primarily only those in alternative health care knew about them and used them.  Massage therapists added certain essential oils to their massage oil.  Reflexologists used them with their clients.  But that was back in the day, anything outside of mainstream medicine was considered "quackery."  I've been using Essential Oils since Aura Cassia was the main name known in EOs and the choices were slim.  The products were good, but few.  Even back in the 70s and 80s, there were more, but I remember specifically: lavender, lemon, peppermint, and patchouli.  Evening Primrose Oil was a specialty item . . .

I had already been practicing reflexology and iridology for many moons, when Young Living entered the picture in 1993.  Through my years of continuing education of alternative modalities in the 90s, I cannot think of a single company that recommended the ingestion of Essential Oils.  Everything I learned about Essential Oils and Aromatherapy taught they were for external application and not to be taken orally!

Now a "Johnny come lately" EO MLM is telling us Essential Oils are to be ingested . . . Not all of them, and not for children, but their company loyal "marketeers" believe they are covering themselves in regard to the FDA, when in actuality, this instruction to take EOs orally is what brings the FDA into the picture.  From a non MLM perspective, this company appears to be attempting to place all EOs under the regulation of the FDA.  That will certainly get rid of the old school, non MLM practitioners, and bring about two other changes.  First, the MLM which shall remain nameless, is vying for their place in mainstream medicine and appears to be willing to go head to head; or become a part of Big Pharma.  If I were a betting woman, my money would be on the latter . . . Second, the nameless MLM is one of only two that will be able to afford the testing for compliance with the FDA.  Alternative health care needs to remain outside of mainstream, both for choice and integrity!

I see a real problem coming from this company who recommends the ingestion of Essential Oils, as only "theirs" are pure enough and have an unmatched therapeutic standard.  Welcome to both the F and D of the FDA.  Call me a skeptic, but I just don't believe this is about covering themselves in the potential event of standardized testing.  This seems more of taking the initiative to open the door wide open to regulation, thus eliminating most of the competition!  One of the distributors for this company explained it to me in a very interesting way.  She likened her company to WalMart . . . and how there are still small time competitors.  First and foremost, I would also liken this nameless MLM to WalMart . . . but to add a little reminder here.  Most "mom and pop" stores did disappear with the building of the Supercenters.  Yet, I digress, back to the invitation to the FDA by the MLM.  FDA stands for Food and Drug Administration.  So, if a product is not recommended to be ingested, nor does it make any claims of treatment, the FDA is not involved!  Those of us who have been outside of mainstream for over a quarter of a century like it here and we are still sharing our information with anyone who is interested!  I've watched this "Johnny Come Lately" company long enough to have a great deal of skepticism about the integrity of its business protocol.

A direct quote from an internet search, which equates to "self-policing:"  Without an accepted standard for essential oil quality, "Unnamed MLM" created its own testing process, calling it CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade®. The CPTG process certifies that there are no added fillers, synthetic ingredients, or harmful contaminants in their essential oils that would reduce their efficacy.
Once a company has established its own testing process and standard, how does another company meet that registered trademark standard, as it is exclusively owned by the company that registered it? . . . Or does the competition establish a different standard?

When I read and hear of the recipes that include Essential Oil in a beverage, I'm reminded of the old adage:  "oil and water do not mix."  Essential Oil can't be "diluted" in water.  Essential oil, however; can rest on the water's surface, giving aroma as well as flavor if ingested.   Centuries ago, Scripture told us, oil was to be applied externally!

Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of Y'hshuah:  James 5:14

A False Revival in the Making

To be restored as promised in Joel 2 and according to II Chronicles 7, we must turn, or repent, return and be reconciled.  There will be some good things that happen in America, that's why the false revival will be so believable, in the beginning.  It will not appear to begin as "false!"  There will be some true hearts wanting to please our Creator, but . . . considering the fact that ancient Israel, the chosen people, always managed to be derailed, America is already "proudly" proclaiming an attempt to "do what is right in our own eyes!"  Scripturally speaking, "doing what is right in our own eyes" does not align with "repentance."

There are so many varying interpretations of Daniel and the book of the Revelation, they cannot all be correct!  Then there's the "pre-trib rapture" theory vs. the mid-trib, vs. post-trib.  To be honest, I truly tried to believe in the pre-trib rapture, but I just couldn't . . . Messiah and Paul made entirely too many statements regarding persecution, and let's face it, the country with the most Bibles has it pretty easy.  I realize there is some pressure coming on, but realistically, we've not seen anything of the magnitude experienced by the prophets and apostles.
For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall show signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.  But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, . . . And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. Mark 13:22-24, 26

What I feel led to mention is the fact that many believe the anti-Christ will be hateful and horrifying, and at some point the One World Order will persecute the remnant to the point of martyrdom, but in the early days of this unifying power, it will genuinely seem like a good thing.  The anti-Christ is actually better translated "false Messiah."  We've seen two really good political examples of this in America in the last decade and I'm not blaming either man, but rather pointing out just how loyal and faithful their "followers" are.  Democrats acted like Obama was the long awaited Messiah.  Now, those who have been politically disgruntled find absolutely no fault in Trump, and actually defend him as faithfully as Obama fans defended him.  I'm not offering any disrespect toward President Trump.  I pray for him and have written him a letter.  I do not believe President Trump is a bad man, but he is not terribly knowledgeable about Scripture.  He has some very poor spiritual advisers, and I believe this will lead to a false revival across America.

Although we won't admit it, we've had politically correct Christianity for years in America, a sinner's prayer that doesn't change lives, and folks placing their faith in all sorts of things calling it "of G-d!"  The fact that there are two upcoming, promoted "gatherings" next month indicates we are at the threshold of spiritual change and possible division to the very core of our nation.  The first one actually takes place in Washington DC.  "America's Tent of Meeting" is scheduled to take place through three days of Feast of Tabernacles or "Sukkot."   On the surface, this may sound wonderful and if even one person's eyes are opened, it will be well worth it, but this is a political gathering using a Feast of YHUH, to man's convenience and agenda . . . Fifty states, fifty tents, one voice.  Scary, scary business, on a spiritual level.

Later in the month, Kansas City will hosting what is called a "Unity + Revival Conference 2017,"celebrating a year of destiny!  From the speaker lineup, this looks like the next step in bringing the Protestants back to the Catholic Church while also bringing the Messianics into mainstream American religious culture.  Actually, it's nothing more than a furtherance of the ecumenical movement started in the late 50s and early 60s with "Chrisitan Crusades" going from city to city.

There is no doubt, this nation needs a wake up call with definite and sincere repentance.  Playing religion in the nation's capital and claiming unity in the Bible belt is not the answer!

Wherefore ADONAI said, Forasmuch as this people draw near Me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour Me, but have removed their heart far from Me, and their fear toward Me is taught by the precept of men:  Isaiah 29:13

Thus saith YHUH, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.  Jeremiah 6:16

Investing, Passion, and Talents

An interesting situation came into my awareness recently that really has me thinking, not about the suggestion, but rather how very different Americans now define investing.  I'm going to get a little preachy, in this one.  It's as though, many Americans are "investing" in instant gratification, or apathetically determining where they will simply exist and suck air until they are pushing up daisies.  Those who are into "old school" investing, are investing in "money" for their long term health care.  Very few are actually investing in their own purpose and talents, or pursuing a way to leave an inheritance.  Many Americans are simply "investing" in superficial interests, entertainment, excess, and/or debt. . .

I believe I have been called to establish a small homestead and minister to folks in the Name of Y'hshuah.  So many claim to believe he lived a perfect life according to the Laws of our Creator, and I agree, but he called those whom he chose to follow him.   The debate begins when it comes to how we "follow" him.  I truly don't understand the debate.  The Instructions or Laws by which he lived are recorded, so the debate is man made.  The Holy Spirit will never confirm or lead anyone away from Scripture, ever!  So, back to my call and what I've been doing that came into question, recently.  I will also include, even if I'm mistaken about some of the details of this homestead, the offer I received would place me much farther away from the Father's will for my life.  Thankfully, it's not even a temptation.

My daughter and son-in-law both recently visited, but they weren't together for the visit.  Both were in the area at different times on other business, and I live in the general area.  My son-in-law was here first.  When my daughter called, to relay the report he'd given, it was all so positive, except the part that I had experienced a pretty serious accident earlier in the year.  I had failed to mention that at the time . . . But she said he spoke of the village, and the new buildings, the livestock, and the delicious fresh tomatoes, etc.  A month later, my daughter visited, and shared with my granddaughter, nothing but a bad report.  The reports were so different, you'd think they weren't even describing the same place.  Now, we move on into the investment portion of this article.

They moved to Phoenix, AZ five years ago.  In that time, they've posted photos of great trips, beautiful landscapes, as well as their backyard in ground pool at the house they rent.  My daughter got into real estate a couple of years ago, but they still haven't actually made any real estate purchases in the area.  In that same five years, I've added fence for pasture rotation, bought a cow and a milk barn, a greenhouse, a nice new storage shed, a new goat milk parlor, as the first one is now our "power station" for wind and solar, which has also been added in the last five years.  The orchard is now producing, and I'm relocating some indigenous berry plants and bushes to protect them from destruction along the fence rows under the power lines.  So far the elderberries are doing well, with raspberries and blackberries to be added.  Then there's the learning village that was added last year.  I am a year behind, due to the injury in the spring, but YaH willing, I'll be catching up.  I have also added a small mineral pool which has aided my recovery, dramatically.  And a larger pool is here and due to be installed before winter.

Just last week, after her visit, she sent me a real estate listing.  Forty acres for just under $50,000.  It has a well and septic and cacti . . .  Imagine my surprise when she called trying to convince me to buy that property and relocate!  I mentioned my call of G-d and my investment here, to which she continue to pitch the sale.   She even mentioned that I'm getting too old to be managing this 10 acres.  I knew when I came here, this was my call and my purpose for the rest of my days.  I'm not too old to serve my Heavenly Father, manage 10 acres with my critters, teach simplicity, and write.  I am too old, however; to buy any more fixer uppers or establish another homestead . . . in the desert.  This was wilderness when I arrived in 2009, and now it's a bustling, productive homestead with folks coming to fellowship and learn.  Father has blessed me to invest in sharing the talents He gave me and gifted me with a passion to serve Him.  I shall not be moved.

And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.  Psalmist of Holy Scripture

Ripe for the Conquering

America is too divided to ever, again be; the United States of America . . .
Then there is the fact that America is in terrible spiritual condition, so judgment is coming.   I'm really leaning toward the belief that the harshest judgment may simply be the removal of our Creator's Hand of Protection from ourselves!

We can talk all we want about how violent the Muslims are, but Americans will kill their own innocent children, destroy their own homes and towns.  Americans have a very cold desensitized apathy that really seems more dangerous than Islamic furor.  I'm in no way supportive or excusing Islamic hatred or terror, but we have to look in the mirror.  There are far too many Americans who care more about their phone and their next text than they do about others in the room or on the road.  For that matter, it's abundantly clear that much of America cares more about "stuff" than people.  We can't just cast stones at Hollywood, Washington and Big Pharma.  There is some serious materialism in some big name ministries, as well.  Then there is the simple fact, even those considered poor in America have indoor plumbing, electricity, and food they don't have to plant or harvest.  Most American homes have more than the basics.

What if . . . we do end up in another civil war?  From the headlines, it appears a new civil war will apparently be caused by the last civil war!  Back in my radio days, I mentioned the civil war that was brewing would be between the blue and red, rather than the blue and grey.  At that time, I didn't think I was prophesying.

If I have my history correct, the old saying "Divide and conquer" goes all the way back to ancient Rome.  Whether he actually coined the phrase is unclear, but Julius Caesar used the method to expand the Roman Empire.  I can't help but wonder, now that we are officially divided on every issue, who will save us from ourselves.  And by that saving us from ourselves . . . we will be conquered!  Potentially by the One World Order.

Can you imagine what would happen if Walmart Supercenters didn't open on Black Friday?  What if China just said, "No more stuff til you pay your bill?"  What if Big Pharma and Health Care says, "You need Positive ID to be seen and treated?"  What if you just sign the consent form without reading it, and then realize too late?  There are far too many "what ifs" looming on the horizon, while Americans are allowing themselves to be manipulated into violent division!  America, we are divided and truly ripe for the conquering!

Our Heavenly Father has used the enemies of ancient Israel to bring judgment on His chosen people.  Do you really think America will get a pass?  It's time to repent or face the coming judgment.

But hast lifted up thyself against the Lord of heaven; and they have brought the vessels of his house before thee, and thou, and thy lords, thy wives, and thy concubines, have drunk wine in them; and thou hast praised the gods of silver, and gold, of brass, iron, wood, and stone, which see not, nor hear, nor know: and the G-d in whose hand thy breath is, and whose are all thy ways, hast thou not glorified . . .  And this is the writing that was written, MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN.  This is the interpretation of the thing: MENE; God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it.  TEKEL; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting.  PERES; Thy kingdom is divided . . .  prophet of Holy Scripture

The Potential High Cost of High Tech

Is an RFID microchip, the mark of the beast?  I believe it is, but I also acknowledge that there could be a more subtle mark of the beast, coming to us in the future.  Theories abound, and to be honest, if it raises a check in my spirit, I'm just not going along . . . RFID raised a check in my spirit immediately, over a decade ago.  It was approved for medical applications by the FDA in 2004, and vets have microchipped animals for several years.  Now that it's available for humans for convenience, access, and purchases at work, I'm seeing red flags all around!

So, when it comes to the point of not being able to buy or sell without an RFID microchip, I'll be heading toward simple sustainability and barter . . .  I'm guessing the powers that be will still accept cash or precious metals for tax payment . . . at least for a time . . . until the one world order just takes everything, until Messiah returns!

RFID microchip, or Verichip which is now Positive ID . . . whatever it will be called to make it palatable is just not in my plans.  I realize, some are doubting that the microchip is the mark of the beast, and all I can say, is, "it may not be, but I'm not getting one."  It's just not a chance I'm willing to take.  Sadly, I do believe as folks determine they "need" it for whatever purpose, they'll simply convince themselves it "cannot be the mark of the beast."

People have already applauded the mandatory GPS in their phones, and folks can't seem to find any address without entering it in their GPS device.  I used to be very apprehensive about my address being entered into GPS and Google, but I've since taken a different view.  In the event of the grid going down, all those who blatantly insisted upon entering my address in their GPS, will be clueless without directions . . .

When I wrote the Threshold of Technocracy, I didn't think it would be going into place so quickly!

Since Verichip was first approved by the FDA, and the company has been renamed with the term "chip" now omitted, I look for microchipping to be a part of health care, fairly soon.  Since there is such a push to repeal Obamacare, any change will be applauded by at least half of this country.  The likelihood of a new bill leaving out some sort of special identity protection, in my opinion, is minuscule.  Besides with a false revival in the making, there will be plenty of folks convinced Positive ID could be beneficial in many ways.  We are such a nation of lawless loopholers, folks will probably insist upon the microchip in their left hand, based upon the passage of Scripture quoted below.

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.  the Revelation of Holy Scripture

The Death is NOT "Alleged!"

The cold blooded killing in Minneapolis has been weighing heavily on many in this nation.  As it appears, now, as is so often the case, blame is being shifted and a number of issues being raised that the true facts may be swept away in the torrents of distraction and extraneous information.

Regardless of resignations, and protest, not to mention biased coverage, there are some facts we need to keep in mind, as this "investigation" continues.  The reported facts include so many high profile variables, the truth could be easily set aside for any number of tangents.

The victim is a blond, white woman who was a holistic life and health coach from Australia. She is the one who placed the 911 call.  It would seem to make sense that she'd approach the police car when it came into view, to possibly further elaborate regarding details and direction of what she heard or saw.  It was very late evening and she was in her pajamas.  She was at the driver's side window of the two man vehicle, reportedly speaking with the officer behind the wheel, when she was "allegedly"  gunned down by the passenger.  The passenger "allegedly" shot past his partner, killing the woman.  Both men are on administrative leave.  Let's move on to just a few of the reported facts about these two men.

Many cities do not have two man patrol cars, so whether this was the norm or unusual for Minneapolis, I can't say, but what has been reported is, troubling.  Both men were relatively new to the force.  Noor, the alleged shooter had joined the force in 2015, and Harrity in 2016.  It would seem, only logical, if there are going to be two officers in the vehicle, one would be a seasoned veteran of the force, rather than two newcomers.  Neither officer had his body cam on, and the dash cam was also turned off.  It is reported that once the woman was shot, they called for emergency responders, "back up," and began administering CPR.  The cameras were still not turned on, after the shooting, but some audio has been reported.  The officer that allegedly killed the woman has hired a private attorney and has chosen to not issue a statement.  Reportedly, this is his right.  The officer who was driving has stated his absolute shock at what happened, but there has been no mention as to why his body cam and the dash cam were not on.

To make things even more complicated, the officer who "allegedly" fired the deadly shot is the first Somali American to join the Minneapolis PD in 2015 and has had three complaints filed against him.  In what is reported to be comments to his friends, (he feels his department is not behind him in this situation . . . throwing him under the bus, rather than rallying with "blue lives matter" because he is Muslim and not white . . .)

In the midst of all this, the mayor, a woman, has called for the resignation of the police chief, also a woman.  The police chief stated, clearly, this death was unnecessary and avoidable!  While the Prime Minister of Australia demands answers for this 'inexplicable' killing.  The only statement reported to have been made by the alleged shooter was to friends and he seems to be portraying himself to be the misunderstood victim.  Meanwhile he's walking free, while ranchers, who have killed no one, and are no flight risk are being held without bond.  The driver was a rookie.  Sadly, before it's all said and done, the potential hot button tangents could overtake the simple, yet overwhelming fact.

A woman was killed in the prime of life, thinking the very one who pulled the trigger was there to protect.  Her death is not "alleged."

Thou shalt not kill.  Torah of Holy Scripture

Social Media: A Kinder Gentler Warmongering

While we are mocking each other, regarding the extremes that have not yet taken place, we're missing the point that some serious changes have come and we are simply and completely desensitized.  Although I don't have my tin foil hat, at the ready, I don't believe all the conspiracy theories are "only theories," and I truly believe the division is serving as a distraction, while everyone dividing is feeling quite elite and superior in their perspective.  America is a part of the feet of iron mixed with clay, mentioned in the book of Daniel.  We are a warmongering annex of ancient Rome, that according to Daniel, has yet to be disestablished, and our warmongering is now, primarily aimed at our fellow Americans.  I truly believe our warmongering is going to increase and be much less kinder and gentler.  Social media certainly serves as a glimpse of the battle ground.

The reasons to become enraged continue to grow, but the foundation for the reasons are what used to be referred to as the three taboo subjects of polite society; politics, religion, and sex.

Religious differences quickly become grounds for "unfriending and blocking" in social media.  In the past year, everyone who has blocked me, actually claims to share the same beliefs I have, but I'm not believing them the way they believe I should be believing; therefore in "love," they choose to unfriend and block.  "Love thy neighbor as thyself" seems to lose something in the translation between the Leather bound Bible and e-sword . . . and yet, goes unnoticed, or even justified.

Moving right along to the political differences.  Politics now covers so much power and control, it's practically a religion unto itself, and many folks hold to "their leaders" as servants of G-d.  Scripture does tell us that kings are put in position by our Creator, but Scripture also tells us, not every king was righteous!  Sometimes, we simply get the leaders we deserve!  Americans, for the most part, seem to truly believe their party is G-d's favorite . . . and the leaders who are elected reflect His favor, as well as His disdain.  So, if you are conservative, Trump is a blessing (sort of,) if you are liberal, Trump is judgment.  It was the same with Obama, only reversed.  Even atheistic Obama fans, quoted Scripture, and of course, the disappointed conservatives, sorrowed.  I will make this one simple statement.  America hasn't repented, so the idea that either party is being blessed may just be a matter of delusional pride.

Let's talk about sex for just a moment.  In political correctness, I am what would be now referred to as heteronormative cisgender.  Those are not the pronouns of my choice!  I'm a woman in a woman's body.  It's not a perfect body, but then I'm not a perfect woman.  Although, I do base my views of life on Scripture, as the daughter of an electrician, the identification and connection seem relatively simple.   Two male connections will not work, neither will two female.  It's not religious judgment, it's simple science.  But that doesn't stop the name calling and horrific videos shared promoting the gay agenda, or as I call it, "operation confusion."  To be honest, I don't really want to see heterosexual videos promoted, either.  While folks are talking of "coming out of the closet," as far as I'm concerned, all "sexuality" needs to just stay in the bedroom.  I don't have a problem with facts and function, but the rest is really just between a couple and their Creator.

I do want to also mention one of the first divisions I really noticed amongst my social media peers, and that was over Operation Jade Helm.  I reported on it, blogged about it, and continue to see condescending comments, here and there indicating those of us who were concerned were simply over reacting to summer exercises.  The old "move along, nothing to see here," worked for those who still believe the system isn't changing.  I wasn't expecting an official declaration of martial law, but rather a desensitizing of John Q. Public, and of course division.  Jade Helm seems to actually have served to desensitize, distract, and divide the public regarding the fact that our police force and sheriff's departments are now militarized.  I'm not saying, cops are bad, I'm saying they are militarized.

Social media seems to offer an interesting perspective of the various divisions that truly are prevalent in our culture, but most people would be less apt to say these things face to face, although I do know a few folks in real time that have no filter.  Our culture truly is divided, divisive, and becoming more vocal.  Political correctness is certainly the backdoor demise of Free Speech.  Why is it, we can no longer have different views, different politics, and different beliefs, without being hateful about it?

And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.  ~  Messiah

Land of the Free ???????????????????

Some time has passed since I've posted a blog.  To be honest, last year, I found myself clouded by too much anger, disgust, and disappointment to write effectively.  From the murder of Lavoy Finicum to the disrespect of the protesters of DAPL, to the Presidential campaign, the negativity just seemed suffocating and the division seemed to be an ever widening chasm.  I'd already been feeling somewhat stifled by the previous administration, the "equality agenda," and the various "phobia labels," so I rolled up my sleeves and got busy off line, for a time.

I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack . . . . . . . . . . . and to say I'm on my soapbox is an understatement.

In following the direction of America's health care, I've been concerned, disgusted, distrusting, and sounding the warning for years.  Without a doubt, health care will be a strong arm of the One World Order.  I made this same statement back in 1990 . . . even before I entered covenant with our Creator, I knew, the health care system was powerful without providing true health care.  How many people do any of us know that aren't on some long term prescription for a chronic condition?   The debate continues as to whether a medical chip is the mark of the beast, but consider this for just a moment.  What happens if an implanted chip is the only way to receive health care or obtain a prescription?  Will the possibility that a medical chip could be the mark of the beast, just be dismissed or rationalized?

Several naturopathic doctors who have come out against vaccinations have died in the last couple of years.  Mandated health insurance has already increased the cost of premiums for many families, and for those who have opted to pay the fine . . . it's either no health care, or completely out of pocket.  Since I left mainstream medicine years ago, based upon my spiritual convictions, the fine seemed the proper choice.  I truly believe our Creator is our Healer and He created everything we need for our health, and this seems to be a problem for Big Pharma, who appears to have the FDA in its full control.  I keep this in mind with the dangling carrot called "medical marijuana."  Cannabis is an herb, created on day 3, so for our government to control it, already seems to imply authority over our Creator.  Not a good stand, from my perspective.

The fact that our government has mandated health insurance and the Food and Drug Administration represents the best interest of Big Pharma, we the people have lost our very basic freedom.  The freedom to take care of our own G-d given bodies.

Samuel Girod is an Amish farmer, who made a few herbal products.  In the beginning, he just gave them to family and friends, but folks liked them so well, he was encouraged to sell them, and so he did.  The FDA first invaded Mr. Girod's life in 2003.  His trial ended the first week of March and he will be sentenced the end of this month.  He is facing what could be the rest of his life in prison for selling a chickweed salve and bloodroot.

Mandated health insurance is not freedom!

And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of YHUH thy G-d, and wilt do that which is right in His sight, and wilt give ear to His commandments, and keep all His statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am YHUH that healeth thee.  Torah of Holy Scripture

The Election

I'm not presenting "just the facts," but rather introducing possible supposition, as we cannot possibly know the outcome until we've lived through it or . . . not.  I do believe the choices for this election don't seem like much of a choice!  Let's look at what "we the people" have been asking for, for years now.

We are tired of career politicians that owe their election to the Big Corporate lobby.  They are owned and we already know their bills, votes, and ultimate legislation are based upon campaign funding and the size of donations.  Simply stated:  "Money talks."  So we've cried out for new names and fresh faces.  In 2008, we got "little known" Barack Obama.  Obviously, he was more well connected than any president before him, in that he is completely protected from questions and above any accountability.  He's had a peculiar way of force feeding Americans what they don't want, even many who voted for him . . .

Hillary, on the other hand, is quite well connected, or rather, her name is well known in political circles as well as Big Corporate America.  She's clearly in the upper echelon of The One Percent, while somehow condemning elitist and white privilege.  I honestly do not know how her fans keep listening, but according to the polls, whether or not they are listening, they are supportive.  Her crowds do seem a bit disorganized, photoshopped, or just disoriented, but, that's a topic for another blog . . .

Donald Trump is the antithesis of career politician, and he has his own bankroll, so he apparently cannot be bought, which brings us to an entirely different problem that has not been an issue with career politicians and those who are "lobby owned."  In American politics, there is a certain entailment of accountability to those who have written large checks toward the campaign.  If Donald Trump cannot be bought and owned, will he be accountable?  I never watched his reality show, but I did see a trailer, in which I thought he was a pompous @$$.  Yes, I know I was judging him on very limited information, so I've repented.  There are a number of reports regarding his humanitarianism long before he was running for office, and I do admire the fact that he has used his wealth to bless others!  As for him being presidential material, he is a CEO; whereas his opponent wasn't even a homeowner until 2000.

I have a couple of theories about the outcome of the coming election, but this much I do know.  The voters and the non-voters are vehemently divided; and the voters are not mincing words about how they feel toward the non-voters.  It's interesting to see for many, their political view is as dogmatic as their religious perspective . . . yet I digress.  The potential outcome of this election could have a reaction in the streets, long before a January inauguration.  Changes in the cities could come very quickly.

If Hillary is elected, a large portion of the conservative city dwellers may "head for the hills."  Many of Hillary's fans don't seem to realize the number of cities and towns that are already well on their way to looking like Detroit, MI.  America really doesn't make anything, anymore, but fast food.  We can see from history, as the social programs in this country have increased, manufacturing has diminished.  The only job security is in health care and government.  If a community is large enough to have a police and fire department, a social service office, and their own water treatment system, the city and or county is a major source of employment.  Add a hospital, home health agency, and a couple of nursing homes and it becomes quite clear, that health care is also a major source of employment . . . Much of health care is already government controlled and we know Hillary has had her site set on government controlled health care, since Bill was in the White House.

If Donald is elected, I would not be surprised to see "rioting" in the streets, but the current administration will call it protesting . . .  I am not sure a Trump presidency will postpone the implementation toward martial law, at all, considering the current administration will still have two and a half months of power after the election.

As for the coming election, I'm afraid America is going to get what we deserve . . .

. . . behold, ye have sinned against YHWH: and be sure your sin will find you out.  Torah of Holy Scripture

The Media Coverage of Malheur vs. Standing Rock

The ranchers were steadily in the news earlier this year while the Sioux of North Dakota, not so much.  Do you wonder why that is?  Obviously there is big government and big money involved, but my query led to the media.  Why would the media give practically round the clock coverage to a group of "cowboys" staying in an empty wildlife center miles from any town, while including daunting adjectives; yet Native Americans have been camping for months with their families and others joining them, only to receive very scant coverage, at best?  The one difference that I should mention is:  The Standing Rock Protest began on private land, while Malheur is federally owned.  Federal used to mean "of the people . . ."

To cause division is the difference and division of the people is the goal.  An accusation of racism has been attempted, but there are just too many people in this country who have Native ancestry or are married to someone who does.  Who can be racist against Native Americans without having a family feud on their hands?  Besides, it's politically correct and rather trendy to have Native ancestry, so this issue just won't fit in the racism box.  I wish I had a dollar for every time I heard a blue eyed blond share that their great grandma was an Indian princess.

Big Oil is so greedy and invasive to so many on both sides of the aisle, Bernie and Trump supporters can find a mutual ground against Big Oil.  No one is really talking about the fact that the possibility of contaminating the longest river in the country is at stake with this pipeline.  Can you imagine an oil spill in the longest river of the country?  Is that a potential crisis the government won't let go to waste . . . ?  Now that Bayer and Monsanto are discussing a merger, we don't need Big Oil and Big Gov't in charge of the water.   The Protectors at Standing Rock are just not a divisive issue for the media to use to manipulate the masses.

The ranchers, however; are another matter.  Besides the fact, their protest was spontaneous and poorly planned, it divided the conservatives.  Some conservatives determined the ranchers were at fault and belong in jail, while others see the BLM as today's American "brown shirts."  The potential for conservative division is what gave the ranchers more media coverage.  I watched a couple of Wild Bill's videos as he vacillate across both ends of the spectrum, for his 15 minutes of fame on the subject; but his last video that I viewed on the subject, lost him more than one subscriber.  Dividing over the land just seemed to lay the foundation for the further division of the conservatives through this very unusual presidential campaign.

The liberal side of the country seemed pretty much in agreement and openly hostile toward the ranchers.  I was unfriended by a few on social media over the issue, but I don't really consider that relevant.  The "friends" I've lost over various religious and political issues will be remembered when the excrement hits the oscillating device.  Those of us who have come to unity in our understanding are cherished.  I've learned a great deal from a great many people, and been able to share, as well.

The division is being spread and fed, like gasoline on a wildfire.  Just as Standing Rock was gaining a bit of mainstream media coverage, the racial rioting began again, and the coverage has been wide spread.  As a journalist, I do try to cover the lesser known stories and issues, but I am obviously biased in my articles . . . all of them.  I'm not going to describe my view or writing as "fair and balanced" as Fox News has completely redefined the meaning of both of those terms.

There are some of us who are simply trying to let the Other 1% know they are few in number, but they are not alone.

Hear thou, my son, and be wise, and guide thine heart in The Way.  a Proverb of Holy Scripture

Standing Rock

But in a development that stunned even the tribe’s lawyers, the decision by District Judge James E. Boasberg was effectively put on hold by a federal order to stop construction near the tribe’s reservation until the Army Corps of Engineers can revisit its previous decisions in the disputed portion.  Washington Post

As I've watched the situation at Standing Rock develop, I've been saddened beyond words.  This is my first attempt to express what I've been contemplating.  I see the courage in those who are standing, and I pray all those who are going in support are truly supportive.  What I see in all this, though; is this problem started long before Standing Rock, and as much as I'd like to, I can't lay all the blame on the white man.  Being of Native American descent, I've always been proud of my ancestry, but in many ways for several years, it was just a cubbyholed fact of my DNA.  I'm blessed to be obviously Native American in my appearance, as I've met a great many blond, blue-eyed folks who claim a Native heritage, but that isn't the point.  A part of me, was earthy and spiritual, but it wasn't until our Heavenly Father a.k.a. The Great Spirit healed my mind, that I more fully understand what it is to be tribal.  Now, I'm not going to make Standing Rock about my personal journey, but rather use this opportunity to express how wrong it's been for so long, and do my best to not incite any bigotry and lay down my own.  Standing Rock is by far not the first battle of the Great Plains, but it should be the last, and for the first time in American history, the side of greed should not win.

These brave souls of Standing Rock want more for their children and are willing to fight for that.  They haven't sold out to the ridiculous notion many of us of indigenous ancestry did.  For so many of us, our thinking was, "to try to give our kids everything we didn't have as kids, and higher public education is the path to success."  I was one of those!  On top of trying to live by and teach the next generation the mainstream programming, I failed to teach, or set the example of respect of the elders, either.  I've been reaping the bitter harvest of that for a number of years, and probably will for the rest of my days.

For the last several months my daughter has called me to discuss nothing but her latest career and big plans to make big money.  The call before the last one, was regarding her change of companies.  She informed me that she is now working the downtown developments, 'in her element' and she could smell the money . . . This is in Arizona, state of much tribal history and the last territory to be made a state, in the contiguous 48.  Now, to our last conversation.  She wanted to share in solidarity against the greed of the pipeline, even mentioned that we should go together and stand with them in Standing Rock, since we're tribal, ya know . . . Just a few months ago she was in this area and had conspired with her white grandmother to exclude me from the family gathering and keep her visit a secret from me.  Now she wants to go 1000 miles to be "family."  I had spent her childhood trying to buy into the corporate capitalism of America, and she has a college degree, worked in banking through the bailout years, and now real estate.  But she is against Big Oil . . .

I've contemplated long and hard about what I can actually do.  I have ministered both spiritual and natural health to The Nations in Oklahoma.  I need to do more, but what?  I share the pro-Native American memes on Facebook!  Yay me!  Being Native American isn't about DNA and bloodlines . . . well it is, but it's so much more.  It's spiritual!  It's a different lifestyle and culture.  It's a respect for our Creator, and a responsibility for creation.  It's an appreciation of nature that many of us have lost and certainly failed to teach.  These brave souls at Standing Rock are teaching their children what so many of us failed to do.  Seems everyone likes to claim a Native heritage as they bustle through their hectic schedule on their way to the next "white culture" appointment or event.  America doesn't reflect the culture of Native Americans and that's been a mistake for far too long, hundreds of years too long.  As much as I'd like to lay all the blame on white corporate greed, some of the blame lies at the feet of those of us who are Native American, were and are aware that tribal reality is not taught in the public school system, or reported on mainstream media, or represented in Washington, and failed to impart the spirituality of tribal integrity to the next generation.

The biggest change and greatest help I can offer is to boycott any product that is provided by Dakota Access Pipeline Company, but that is going to take some research.  The next thing I can do is to offer financial support to these individuals who are courageously taking a stand and have been since April of this year.  The third thing I can do is to share and teach the Scriptural spiritual truth of a tribal culture to those who are willing to learn.  The last thing I can do is to offer an "heritage" to those who are serious about Scriptural truth and Native endurance.

It's time, also that women stop trying to be equal with men and realize Native American culture is a matriarchal culture.  We've lost a lot in that regard.  Even the white folk have a saying, "the hand that rocks the cradle rules the world."  So, as a society, we chose to abandon home, hearth, and rocking the cradle for money.  This is where we, of Native ancestry would have to set aside bigotry and realize our nation would be greatly benefited if we taught the white people, our way of life.  If we could lay the greed aside and truly reach out in peace.

I truly would love to just blame those fat cat, white elitist of Big Oil, but the reality is, we all had a responsibility to teach our children better than we did, and those at Standing Rock are doing just that.  In the course of writing this article, it was announced that a judge has ruled against those standing at Standing Rock, then an injunction was put in place to stop construction.  The outcome remains to be seen.  Those brave hearted people simply do not have the same odds that our ancestors had at Little Big Horn, although; they do have the same values.

I have asked forgiveness for my failings and repented.  I pray for the Native Americans, they are my people.

Political Speculation

This blog idea arrived about a month ago, but there have been more serious matters than crazy American politics.  I need to at least get this published, though before the National Conferences, so; here goes.

I just can't help but entertain this thought . . . Since the Donald is not really being backed by the GOP and the democrats really seem to have been planning to run Hillary all along, what if . . . there were to be a Trump/Sanders ticket?  The one thing both men claim is to be outside the political establishment.  Now, whether or not that's true, I have no idea, but it is their claim to fame . . . Trump is a business man who has never held public office and Sanders has never had a job until he landed a public office.  Could the two of them cover a broad spectrum or what?  Seriously, though, what pair could secure more guaranteed votes from the disgruntled than these two?

I've already heard Bernie fans openly state, they will not vote for Hillary if she becomes the nominee.  Then of course, there is the GOP mantra, always . . . Staying home is a vote for the democrats.  I'm not a registered voter, and to be honest, I really don't like the choices we are looking at, but I've been around long enough now, to realize, we will get the President we deserve, and divisive confusion seems to be a favorite American pastime, at least for now.  Just add some arrogant anger with entitlement whining and we have a majority!  Since the campaign really is about winning, this is why I thought Donald and Bernie might just be a "pair to draw to."

For the past several months now, I've thought back to the time, I also was a democrat and a certain 69 year old Republican was running in 1980 to which the collective democrat cry was "he's too old."  Now, we have Hillary who will also turn 69 this year running, yet the same party is not saying a word about her age . . . Perhaps if the standard is going to change, the party should at least acknowledge the reason.  And we all know it isn't because the democrats became Reagan fans.  I'm no longer a democrat and I'm still no fan of the Reagan years.  In 1980 I believed 69 was too old for the job of President and I still believe 69 is too old.  Seventy-five is completely too old, but VPs can be elderly, I guess.  Joe Biden is just a year younger than Bernie and Dick Cheney was no kid, as well as having a bad heart.  Yet, I digress . . . back to a Trump/Sanders ticket.

The probability is likely to be small, but the possibility does hold some serious potential, not only to win an election, but to make some changes.  Particularly complimentary could be Bernie's free college idea led by a man who actually believes in jobs.  Right now, there is a ton of student debt being ignored by graduates who have degrees for jobs that really don't exist.  College used to be an advanced education in a particular field of interest, then it became a deferment from the draft, and by the end of last century college was basically, four more years of mom and dad support, with adult status.  For so many now, a college degree is just a piece of paper for a resume.

Then there is the economy in general.  The Donald likes to make big and spend big.  Bernie appears to believe we should all share, but . . . according to Google, his net worth is somewhere between a quarter and half a million, so he's not quite as into socialism as his fans like to claim.  The sidestepping of snopes was enough to convince me, Bernie can absolutely relate to a number of Americans who believe "life" owes them something, without any effort put forth.  Donald, on the other hand, seems a bit reckless when it comes to "let's do it!"  I'm thinking the two of them would either be complimentary in establishing a solid economic plan or be at such odds, we wouldn't even need Congress for gridlock and the money pit couldn't get much deeper.

I truly have no idea what November will bring, but sadly, I believe it will be what we deserve . . . and that isn't good.  Back in 2003, I heard The Voice of YHWH tell me that 2012 would be the last recognizable election as we knew them to be.  So far, this campaign cycle has been anything but recognizable.  The only thing recognizable is Hillary Clinton's face and we're all tired of looking at that.  America needs to remember some recent history, as does Hillary; and collectively realize, even after Bill "chose" Hillary, he changed his mind on several occasions . . .

Although I do not plan to participate, I will be a spectator in this coming election.  I am no fan of Trump, but he is the closest candidate we can come up with, who has actually worked, at some point in his life.

For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.  New Testament

Media Filter and Programming

This is not for a moment, to suggest bad things are not happening in other places, but rather to raise the question, "What if the violence we are seeing is the exception, rather than the rule?"  We know our news is filtered here in the land of the free, so it would only make sense that our news sources determine what we view from other countries, as well.  We full well know much of the Middle East is actually quite luxurious, yet we are shown the war torn headlines.  We also know Israel is under constant threat of attack by Palestinians, yet when Israel responds, she is portrayed as the aggressor.  I'm certainly not suggesting that war torn regions are rosy, not at all; but I am saying we simply do not know the details.  Someone in another country who saw headlines from Ferguson, MO two years ago, might envision the entire country to looked like that.

The point of this blog is two fold.  First, the American pundits, who by the way, are only well known because of the American media; pound the programming that American media cannot be trusted.  So, those most vocal against the media, are using said media to propagate distrust and hate.  Second to raise the question; in the realization that media is clearly filtering our national information, what gives credence to the international reports?  And what are other nations seeing from our country?  Is our media filtering what the world sees, or are other nation's filtering what their people see?  None of us can sit in one place and presume to know what information is traveling the globe.

Am I eluding to a vast conspiracy theory?  Hardly!  It's not a theory, and my guess is, the power calling the shots is not much of a conspiracy, but rather simply, one of the powers prophesied in the book of Daniel.  I'm guessing those who have sold their souls believe they are all a part of it, but . . . Have we really given any consideration to our level of distrust regarding the information sources that we continue to listen to, even though we say they can't be trusted?  I realized today, as I sat at my table in tears . . . There are not many people I actually trust at all.  I'm not distrusting, per se, just aware that everyone shares information from their own perspective, and very few share my perspective on some very core issues in my life.  I'm also well aware that others undoubtedly feel the same toward me on some level.  We simply cannot take life at face value any more.  We don't have to be cynical and distrusting to realize our society is polarized, our politics is choreographed, and Messiah said our enemy would be of our own household.  Trust does not abound!  If our enemy would be of our own household, that leaves little hope of getting the straight scoop from anyone making a living at keeping the pot stirred and the ratings high.

Religion has also become a focal point of media and the programming is obviously intentional and  atrociously biased.  The attempt to devalue spiritual beliefs, even vilifying those who would stand by their values is gaining momentum in the media.  When it comes to spiritual matters, I'm called to proclaim without compromise, so if I lose a google ad or social media "friend," I accept that as part of the job.  As for matters of emotion and intelligence, that can cover a great deal of ground, and as it turns out that ground can be filled with landmines, especially when it comes to religious politics.  Perhaps, the lack of logic in our political system while commingling religion, is the reason any discussion can become so emotionally volatile.  Religion is often more emotional or political than spiritual.

Considering the power of filtering and programming, while witnessing the obvious results in a culture that considers itself intellectually elite and insightful with open disregard of media; raises the question as to how each of us decides what information we choose to believe.  As far as I am concerned, the only thing I can believe with full trust and no doubt is Scripture and The One Who inspired it.  When it comes to everything and everyone else, there is room for doubt, especially when there is an agenda . . .

With the treatment of the ranchers in Oregon, the blatant programming and influence became so obvious, I was sickened.  The adjectives used by mainstream media were intentionally biased and derogatory.  The fact that ranchers are held with no bond, no trial, and their jail is called prison should be alarming, but in this society of programmed viewers, it appears to have gone by most, virtually unnoticed.  The fact that one of the men being held is an alternative news journalist should cause alarm for anyone who believes in the First Amendment, but most are more concerned about the "mock election" already proven to be decided by someone other than "we the people."

As I read the headlines and watch the reactions and comments, I can't help but wonder what, and how much of our craziness is being shown to the rest of the world.  In what context is our news being reported to foreign countries?  Do other nations know our federal government is doing a huge land grab and holding the citizens captive?  America has the largest percentage of incarcerated citizens in the world.  Is it just a matter of time until another country decides America needs to be "liberated?"

And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.  words of Messiah

The Tea Party and Socialism

I've always had a feeling that the Tea Party was really created by the politicians, to appear as a grass roots movement of the so called conservative Americans who are against this country's progression toward socialism.  I've continued to be amazed at the number of Tea Party members who no longer work, but have an income due to the very thing they stand against . . . "social" security.  Yet, I digress.  The Tea Party and the Progressives have at least one very strong commonality.  Both groups are quite vocal against the traditional republicans . . . thus my suspicion of just where this Tea Party actually originated.

The fact that it is called the Tea Party seemed a dead give away from the beginning.  The Boston Tea Party rebels were colonists dressed as Indians throwing tea overboard in rebellion against taxation, but . . .  in their "bold stand" they were actually in disguise.  When I first came across Wild Bill for America, although he spoke of G-d and country and grassroots, he just so often pointed his viewers to dependence on the system and working within the establishment.  He says he was in law enforcement for 20 years.  It was easy to see by his demeanor, the blurred line between confidence and arrogance, and he makes no bones about it.  I don't actually know if he really is a representative of the Tea Party or just a self-proclaimed spokesman.  He name drops frequently, and well, here I am dropping his name, without ever having met him.  He speaks with a great deal of authority on a number of topics, but there is always a ring of "programming" to his version of his proclaimed truth.

Wearing his "trademark" cowboy hat while defaming LaVoy Finicum was the confirmation for me.  Wild Bill vacillated for a couple of videos then progressed to get down right ugly, claiming it to be truth.  You know, even if what he said was truth and none of us really know what happened that day, in Oregon; as there is an ongoing investigation, but a true social conservative simply does not speak ill of the dead.  I'm fairly certain, I will not believe the "official report."  How long have the voices of the "right" been crying and whining about the Constitution being destroyed, yet did nothing to get behind these ranchers?  Wild Bill may be a voice for the Tea Party, but he made the exact same comments the liberals whom he professes to despise, were saying about the situation.  I've made no bones about where I stand with the men and women who work the land, and in every conversation, the liberal comments perfectly align with Wild Bill's.

As far as I'm concerned having a donate button on a website is just another kind of socialism.  A donate button is hardly a grassroots foundation, nor is it boot strappy at all.  If someone is proclaiming the truth, the honest truth, I believe provision will be made without begging,  Now that both parties have embraced their version of faith into their politics, and pretty well beaten down any third party options the only solution seems obvious.  Create an offshoot of the existing party.  We've had the Tea Party still spouting the (R) for a few years.  Now, with Bernie Sanders, we'll have the socialist party under the covering of the (D).   Both seem the antithesis of true grass roots or revolution.

Star Spangled Sadness

When I first began blogging, taking note of the quirky presentation of the news and expressing my cynicism of the direction of our leaders I had no idea how serious the problem would become in a decade.  I enjoyed writing with a bit of satire and snarkasm, but it's just too sad for that, anymore.  America is on the fast track to self destruction.  While both parties blame each other, we seem to forget, we're all still in the same boat.  We should also take note that it is not the candidates or elected officials who are truly at odds, but rather "we the people" are divided amongst ourselves to the point we don't even realize the politicians of both parties are living well on our tax dollars and only disagree through election cycles.  Candidates claim to disagree vehemently and want to help "we the people," but once elected, they appear pretty amicable with only scripted arguments and seem to go deaf in regard to "we the people."

The kool-aid is being served to the American citizens from both sides of the aisle, as well as other arms of power of this government.  The division of the people has happened on many fronts and there is simply no going back.  The line in the sand has become a chasm on many issues.  I've been watching Oregon lead the way into the legalization of anarchy.  With the murder of LaVoy Finicum and the barbaric incarceration of the Hammonds, the Bundys, and those who were with them, we are seeing just a taste of the redefinition of "terrorist" while citizens are literally being terrorized.  This is just the tip of the iceberg.  While folks are screaming "save the Constitution," the Bill of Rights has been shredded, with little fanfare or notice.  Texas may boast itself of being so outspoken and staunch, but at this point if Texas were a person, it would be Donald Trump.  I hear a lot of bluster, but the reality is seriously lacking fortitude.

State Conceal and Carry Permits are the backdoor destruction of The Second Amendment!  Most folks do not even see it!  Once a permit becomes necessary, the right is already gone.  Not only are we allowing this to happen, we are paying to participate.  While many still believe they are taking a bold stand, the state laws requiring permits that are not recognized by other states have already undermined the Second Amendment in the federal Bill of Rights.  Meanwhile, state issued driver's licenses are becoming "Real ID" and we just keep accepting it all.

Back when I first began this blog and I was just an unknown religious fanatic with a bit of a cynical tone.  I realized folks just found me curious or completely irrelevant, but times have changed.  I'm still relatively unknown, but my observations are relevant.  President Obama definitely brought change, or his puppet masters have . . . Actually, I'll reword that.  The direction of this nation has been set for years, and the moral decline certainly didn't happen over night, but the downward spiral of the social standard has certainly gained momentum.

I keep thinking about the "run away bride" who made national headlines at the same time the abuse in Abu Ghraib became known, the first year of my blogging.     The long and the short of it was, I compared the coverage and potential punishment between the two women.  The runaway bride received hours and hours of media coverage, a fine, 120 hours of community service and 2 years probation.  Cameras were ordered off the post in Abu Ghraib and the female soldier served about 18 months of a 3 years sentence, received a dishonorable discharge, and finished her 3 year sentence on parole.   The runaway bride's record was expunged once she completed her parole, but the crimes seemed so incredibly different for the time of punishment to be so comparable.  Prosecuting craziness and cold feet in a similar manner to war crimes of international significance seemed to be a big step toward a standard of anarchy.

While the ranchers are being held without bail, a SC man who is accused of two murders was allowed to be in some sort of "Home Incarceration Program," has now managed to remove his electronic ankle monitor . . . Last I read, he's still not been found.  A man in Texas, also an alleged murderer, has done the same thing and has still not been found, as well.  Meanwhile, the ranchers are called terrorists undeserving of bond, while having never fired a shot or injured anyone.  The name of the "official" who did shoot and kill LaVoy Finicum is being withheld and protected.  Rather than hiding, one would think an officer who shot and killed a "terrorist" would be hailed a
hero . . .

This past year has been heart breaking to watch businesses being destroyed by the sexual agenda, to see a man named "woman of the year," and ranchers imprisoned as terrorists.  There are real terrorists in the world wreaking horrendous havoc, and being allowed into our borders.  Businesses being destroyed out of some sort of jealous, sexual issue, and a man being awarded "woman of the year" is anarchy!  A hard working tax paying man with his hands in the air, being murdered in cold blood, after being ambushed, is anarchy.  Teaching children that math is no longer absolute, is anarchy.  Citizens believing that an election will change this direction only confirms the blindness and will perpetuate the anarchy. . . and it's all legal!

When I think of the words of the Star Spangled Banner, it's so sadly clear that many do not even realize, America is no longer "the land of the free and the home of the brave."

This once powerful nation is now:  "the land of the deceived and the home of the enslaved."

Allegations

The allegations against Bill Cosby have caused me some serious skepticism as well as motivated me to a bit of soul searching.  I've been a Bill Cosby fan since I can remember.   Although I didn't really get into "I Spy" as a kid, I did enjoy it later in syndication. He and Robert Culp were great!  As a kid in the 60s, I remember sitting in my Aunt and Uncle's bedroom listening to Bill Cosby comedy records, he and the Smother's Brothers.  While the grown ups were out in the living room discussing religion and politics, or playing cards, I was laughing at Bill Cosby talking about Noah's ark.  Then there were the HBO days, and Dr. Huxtable; which was still in syndication until these ancient allegations became current mainstream news.

Here are my thoughts on the matter, and no one has to agree.  There is a serious difference between forced against one's will, and; later regrets.  I know, I've had both . . . and I do not believe in blaming the victim.  There are many men who buy a drink or dinner for a lady with hopes of ending the date the next morning.  If they succeed in that plan, although; it isn't morally right, it isn't rape.  The morality of our society has caused many to take a very casual approach to sex, but casual sex does not constitute rape.  Casual sex is fornication according to Scriptural morality, but casual sex is also consensual.   I was not a Covenant believer until I was 36 years old, so my morals were not based upon Scripture.  I had my own definition of morality and I didn't sleep around casually, per se, but I wasn't always living a chaste life, either.

As I've read the stories about Bill Cosby, I've noticed a couple of things, one about myself, and the other about his accusers.  First and foremost, I was a Bill Cosby fan, and if I were a young woman aspiring fame and fortune in Hollywood, he'd be a very good connection . . . Bottom line, women will use sex for professional advancement.  Heck, women use sex for a profession!  If I were hoping to become famous with my own standard of morality; and Mr. Cosby showed the least bit of interest in me, no drugs would be necessary and the sex would be completely consensual.  I'm not saying I should be proud of that, but if I were in that world, it is a very honest assessment.  I was not a believer in my 20s, nor was I a virgin, and I'd be lying if I said I would decline an opportunity to be with a famous man of whom I was a fan.  The simple fact is, I've had consensual sex for much lower aspirations!

The accusers seem to have a common theme as well, except in the case of Kurt Cameron, and he was promoting a movie at the time he jumped on the accusation bandwagon . . . The common theme in the women, is a lack of fame.  I've never heard of any of those women, who are now claiming rape.  Obviously to be in Mr. Cosby's company at one time, they had to be in the social circle of Hollywood, or trying to access acceptance.  I can't help but wonder if things just didn't turn out as they'd hoped, or even as Mr. Cosby may have claimed.   Mr. Cosby had no business having sex with these women, but that doesn't mean it was rape.  Later regret, still doesn't remove the possibility that it was consensual at the time.  Women have been having sex for centuries to secure a future or a career, not to mention just the opportunity to be with a star.  So many allegations, really sound more like bitter middle aged women with regrets.

Timing is Everything

The current president of the United States has gotten where he is, leaving the last office before his term expired, and the one before that.  I was keeping an eye on the position of Secretary General of the UN last time around, but we ended up with a second term of both the Secretary General in the UN and the same US administration.  Now, it's come back around again.  I'm not suggesting a conspiracy theory, nor am I offering skepticism.  This is not a prophetic claim either, but rather just raising a question about an upcoming time frame.

We know President Obama cannot run again, and it's already clear he isn't.  Many are concerned, however; that some sort of emergency situation could suspend the 2016 presidential election, which would keep him in office beyond his term limit.  I've not dismissed that thought at all, but I've also toyed with a different perspective.  I'm really not sure that it would necessarily involve a conspiracy, but rather simply a "coincidence" of timing and happenstance.  Whether that "coincidence" is contrived or coordinated, I cannot say, but we do know a One World Government is prophesied.

Most Americans already believe the President, any President; is a mere puppet of those who place him in office.  Some call it a conspiracy, some call it capitalism run amok, and some call it communism creeping in.  Perhaps if we all just stood together and quit fighting the red and blue, we'd realize our "so called" republic or democracy is really an aristocracy or oligarchy.  The reality is really pretty clear.  The US is not so free or independent.  I'm not saying I don't love America, I'm just saying the image is different than the reality.  Now, back to a thought I've had, and perhaps it's really more of a question.

The US election is November of 2016.  Even Wikipedia uses the term "is scheduled for" November 8, 2016.  The UN will be selecting a new Secretary General this year, also; as the present term will end December 31, 2016.  Wikipedia states that candidates from the Permanent Five Members are not usually considered for the position of Secretary General to avoid a concentration of power, but there is a rumor that President Obama is interested in the position.  So, who knows?  Barack Obama is such a "trail blazer" it's not difficult to imagine him to be the first Secretary General from one of the Permanent Five Members.  Maybe he'll be nominated by another country, entirely.   Perhaps this is how the whole "birth certificate" situation will be resolved.  In a quick Google search, it is confirmed that Kenya is a member of the UN,  yet I digress . . .

In the time frame following the presidential election, however; any number of things could happen.  There is a span of about 2 1/2 months from the election to the inauguration.  What if Hillary is elected, then charged regarding her emails or Benghazi?  I'm certainly not wishing ill upon any candidate, but Bernie Sanders is no spring chicken . . .  He'll be 75 before the election even takes place.  That is 6 years older than Reagan was when he was elected, and democrats across the country thought he was entirely too old for the job.  Donald Trump will turn 70 this summer.

With the large number of republican nominees, they will likely do so much in-party fighting that none of their candidates will remain truly viable.  The debates seem to be most successful in convincing the American public to not even consider voting republican.  So far they seem to be accomplishing that as well as propelling Trump forward as a "non" republican whom they will not support if he does win the nomination.  With a fractured republican party, one of the senior citizen mentioned in the previous paragraph could, in all reality, be our next elected president.

Then there is also the chance that Obama could already win the appointment of UN Secretary General, before the American election has "resulted" in a winner, or even taken place.  Say for whatever the reason, President Obama is nominated and appointed to serve as the Secretary General of the UN for the next term, beginning January 1, 2017.  If Obama is appointed to the UN and there is some sort of calamity preventing the US presidential election, what happens?   If the election does take place as planned, regardless of the candidate elected for President, they will not be inaugurated until January 20, 2017.  If President Obama leaves his post for the UN position, that will leave America with President Joe Biden and no VP for 20 days.

Again, not wishing any harm on our elderly candidates, but life past 70 is uncertain anyway, much less in high stress situations.  As we already know, a great deal can happen in less time than 20 days! I'm not one to borrow trouble, but in times of such global uncertainty, introducing a situation of national historical precedence does elicit some concern or at least curiosity!

#Sick Lives Matter

Before there was national Obamacare, there were individual states determining end of life standards and insurance companies screening pre-admission coverage over 20 years ago.  In determining those standards, it was also determined just who would define those standards . . . Nameless, faceless boards and committees, from health care professionals to insurance statisticians.  While the GOP was fear-mongering about death panels with Obamacare, the Grand Old Party was only about 15 years behind.  Death panels have been in existence long before any of us ever heard of Barrack Obama.

This past week, a heart wrenching story came to a conclusion.  I'd been following the reports of Christopher Dunn since late November.  The details of this report are troubling and the source seems to be without political agenda.  According to findlaw, Texas legislated death panels into place in 1999, meaning the Governor of Texas at that time would have signed this bill into law.  The Governor of Texas in 1999 was George W. Bush.  I'm not for a moment, suggesting the G W Bush had nefarious intent in signing this piece of legislation.  I really don't think elected politicians give much consideration to what they are signing.  At any rate, there is documented proof that death panels were in place in at least one state long before we ever heard of Obama.

Back in the early 90s, my husband, at that time, was transferred.  It was a great deal all the way around, same good company, great pay, same great health care benefits; except leaving the large city, there was this new thing called "network."  This was when I was still in mainstream medicine, and finding a primary care physician "in network," who was taking new patients proved to be quite a taxing task.  I couldn't find a GP who was taking new patients.  The kids were too old for a pediatrician, but the girls were too young to have an ob/gyn as their primary care physician.  Our son needed a primary care physician because he was in sports, so . . . we finally found a doctor, taking new patients, but all appointments would need to be pre-approved by insurance, and seemed to require being made about a month in advance, so "urgent" care became the primary care.

We didn't go to the ER every time we turned around, as there was a sort of "prehistoric" urgent care office that served the town for all problems too severe to wait a month and not severe enough for the ER.  They had the insurance situation down pat.  Pre-approval was not needed, but primary care doctor's name was, and . . . the doctors there did not make hospital rounds.  I don't know if they didn't have hospital privilege then or what, but the cracks in health care were apparent in 1992, even with what was considered very "good" insurance coverage.

I completely abandoned faith in mainstream health care about 15 years ago.  I'm so thankful I got out when I did, because sadly, health care has deteriorated even further.  Not only is insurance more expensive and fewer jobs offer benefits, but health care has become a strong arm of a very controlling government with little compassion for "we the people."

Just this past Monday, a Florida woman died as she was being escorted out of the hospital in handcuffs.  Her crime?  She didn't want to be released as she felt she still needed treatment for a breathing issue . . . The immediate evidence seems to indicate she knew what she was talking about.  The hospital administrator sounded very dismissive in her comment.  As I read the article, crossing my mind was the old saying "I wouldn't go there if my life depended upon it . . ." But then, the realization overwhelmed me.  Barbara Dawson's life did depend upon it and she might still be alive if someone had had the compassion to listen to the patient . . . She died Monday night, December 21, 2015.

Now, back to the heart wrenching story I've been following since November.  Christopher Dunn died, Wednesday, December 23, 2015.  He had worked in law enforcement and as an EMT, but was uninsured at the time his illness caused him to be hospitalized.  Of course, I don't have all the details, but we do know it was determined by a medical team and a hospital that his treatment should be suspended.  With HIPAA, we can rest assured, none of us will ever have all the details.  Maybe they couldn't help him, but he was conscious last week and responding to questions.  Even though he was able to respond to questions, and his mother was present,  Methodist Hospital filed for guardianship and Mr. Dunn passed before his attorneys could get a court date for the petition on his behalf.

The man, his mother, and his lawyers, filed a lawsuit in an attempt to save the man’s life. His attorney, Joe Nixon, told Breitbart Texas at the time, “A criminal on death row in Texas has more rights than a patient in a Texas hospital.” He says a Texas statute denies a patient all due process rights and is unconstitutional.

Expensive health care, lacking compassion has been going on for a very long time . . .  "Death panels" have been in place for years, and HIPAA laws really don't protect our privacy, HIPAA provides a shield of no accountability for health care.

And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years,  And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse . . . the Gospel according to Mark
The woman in this account has a better ending, however; than Mrs. Dawson or Mr. Dunn

When she had heard of Y'hshuwah, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.  For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.  And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.
