First and foremost, I truly believe the current American political system in place doesn't give two hoots about the life of any citizen, much less the preborn. The fact that abortion has been a hot button issue for every election cycle for years, tells me the politicians aren't going to change anything, except to further divide the people. The timing of this argument raised my curiosity though, as it's not yet the campaign cycle.

Abortion has been legal for nearly 50 years. Nobody is going to stop having sex because some politician does some posturing or some "old lady" blogs about it! I am not for abortion, but I'm not anti-choice. See how crazy the wording on this subject can get? I believe the choice about pregnancy should be made before the chance for conception. If you don't choose to be pregnant, don't do what it takes to get that way! I don't believe in America's health care system at all. I believe pharmaceuticals are sorcery and abortion is part of America's health care system. People from both sides of the political aisle find something to disagree with me on this subject. There are plenty of religious conservatives who will "boycott" at the drop of a hat, until it comes to health care. If abortion is part of health care, why aren't these religious conservatives boycotting and trusting the G-d of the Bible for their health. That's what I'm doing, and I get plenty of grief from that group for my decision, but I digress. Not to leave out the progressive liberals, who seem to want free health care. It was actually the pro-life nitpicking and the pro-choice hate that motivated me to truly reconsider my perspective.

Now, hang on, because I've begun to look at this from an eternal perspective. I made a social media post on the subject of abortion, and the thread took on a life of its own. As I read the comments, and the hate that was spewed and the ridiculous accusations and individual cases of victimization, I was appalled. People get so ugly when they feel strongly about this issue, and once the ugly starts, the tone overrides the content of the statement. As the thread devolved, the strangest thing came to mind, though, and that's what I'm blogging about today.

First, I thought of Abraham. Ishmael was certainly not a part in the perfect plan. All things considered with Islam, just where would this world be right now, if Ishmael had not been born?

Second, I thought of Pharaoh and Herod, while Nebuchadnezzar brushed the edges of that thought. Pharaoh and Herod had no problem declaring death sentences for babies. Nebuchadnezzar was king of Babylon and he designed some pretty harsh punishments for those who were not of Babylon. Considering these three men were all about power and control with little consideration for life that didn't bow down to their power and control. Both sides of the argument lost me there, as American politics is all about power and control. I'm just passing through this world.

Scripture speaks of children being sacrificed to Molech. Molech was a king who received infant sacrifice. Molech has always seemed to me to be a metaphor for self-serving convenience, and that's where my thoughts really began to scramble. In that thread, I read comments made by young women looking forward to the deaths of "older people." When I thought about what some parents and grandparents sacrificed for people this age, I realized there is a serious issue of self-centeredness, and perhaps as Paul mentioned seared conscience or reprobate minds. We older generations didn't do a very good job!

We truly are living in the last days. If these people can look at other people and make statements of waiting for them to die, no wonder they want to maintain the right to kill someone they haven't seen. I couldn't imagine being a helpless baby at their mercy . . . I can't realistically offer to raise and care for all the unwanted babies. I wish I could, but I can't.

Those thoughts were troubling. I know, several G-d fearing people think an unplanned pregnancy should "end" in adoption. We all know that's not going to happen very often and when it does, the government is right in the middle of that, also. In a perfect world, perhaps adoption would be chosen every time, but in a perfect world, there'd be no unplanned pregnancy.

Realizing how much I value choice and how many people just really want to make decisions for other people, I've realized I don't want to make decisions for other adults and I don't want them making decisions for me. I also realized in some of those pro-choice comments, I wouldn't want them to have a baby! Still, though, it's not my decision. The rhetoric and brainwashing is intense. Calling a developing human a zygote or embryo, or even fetus; somehow removes the "human" factor for some individuals. Conscience cannot be legislated! I've read about the cases of rape and incest, but anyone with Google can find the actual abortion statistics on that and realize it's a very, very small percentage of the abortions that are performed.

I had two other thoughts that seem oddly comforting. Our Heavenly Father, whom many do not serve or honor promised Abraham heirs too numerous to count. In describing the number, He compared them to the stars and sand . . . We've watched the decline of morals and the rebellion against our Creator gain momentum. Every aborted child will not be raised by self-serving hedonists or religious hypocrites. I know hearts can change. I'm certainly not the person I was in my twenties, and for that I'm terribly thankful. Would I ever counsel someone to have an abortion? No! But by that same token, I think it's much better for those babies to be amidst the white robed throngs than raised by someone that doesn't want them and doesn't care about the value of their soul.
That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed
as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy
seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; Torah of Holy Scripture
Most of the arguments in this country fall along party lines, but not this one! I've observed comments and read articles from both sides of the aisle that are pro-vaccine. Many of the anti-vax are libertarian or a-political, and as for the term many, we are a minority. We are a minority in which it's politically correct to discriminate against and speak condescension.

There is an interesting article that introduced a great new label for us, and presented a very well written observation. Why "Anti-Vaxxers" are really "Ex-Vaxxers". Most of us were not raised to be anti-vax and most of us continued our pro-vax programming into our own parenting years, until . . . a light came on. For some, it was a vaccine injury, others were blessed to simply read the insert and say, "not my child." Others have made the decision based upon the toxins used in vaccines and the reported fetal tissue from abortions.

Abortions and vaccines are part of mainstream health care and if you don't see the power of Big Pharma in this country, you either have your head in the sand or are simply living under a rock. Even the politicians bow down and kowtow to the Big Pharma lobby. The love of money is powerful. I Timothy says, "the love of money is the root of all evil." It seems a number of G-d fearing people rail against abortion and the main stand against the vaccination program is a religious exemption, so we can basically see "who" is slated to be public enemy number one! Most of these people who are pro-life and anti-mandatory vaccines still support the health care system, however. If asked I'm sure most pro-lifers would never go to a doctor that performs abortions, but the health care system their physicians do represent and work for includes abortion and vaccination.

Most ex-vaxxers are not opposed to vaccines being available for those who choose them, but rather oppose the possibility of legally mandating them. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has taken a very bold stand on this subject, yet he's never claimed to be anti-vax. He wants genuine studies done to prove their safety and efficacy, rather than programming and propaganda. Although I'm not onboard with the Children's Health Defense, the page contains a short video done by Mr. Kennedy.
The fact that the White House asked him to chair a committee to check into the safety of vaccines, yet now has all but ghosted Mr. Kennedy on the subject of vaccines is telling and rather ominous.

Here is an article that is over four years old. The powers that be are aware that vaccines shed and spread the illness! I've been involved in more than one thread on social media regarding this topic and have seen some pretty harsh character assassinations aimed at we ex-vaxxers. More than one individual has gone on and on, accusing non-vaxxers of not caring about children or those with compromised immunity. Saying if we cared about others, we'd get vaccinated. My thought after reading various reports is quite simple. Are those who choose to vaccinate themselves and their children willing to remain home and out of public places until the shedding period is over?

Mr. Kennedy is also checking into the products of Monsanto and the effect they have, not only on the environment but on the people. Monsanto has now taken anonymous cover under the merger with Bayer. An interesting merger of our food supply and symptom management, to be sure!

Social media contains posts claiming that vaccines contain aborted fetal tissue. This is what I've discovered and it confirms what Bush 43 said several years ago, through his administration. Two tissue lines from aborted fetuses are reportedly used in the development of certain vaccines. Reportedly, the two lines are maintained to continue indefinitely. I do not have the knowledge to confirm or deny that, but I have included some links that address the issue. Many individuals who are pro-life now consider this a very negative factor in the vaccine discussion. Also according to some reports, there are cells of various unclean animals used in making some vaccines, so that is a Scriptural issue for those who choose to live by Scriptural dietary standard. I realize the cells are not made into a meal, but they do enter the body, and there are some oral vaccines.
https://www.soundchoice.org/aborted-fetal-products/

The following link took me to a page that seemed to be a resource for those in the health care field and pro-vax. I've included one of the questions with the first paragraph of the answer.
http://www.immunize.org/askexperts/vaccine-safety.asp

<span class="bodytext10" style="color: #030303; font-family: "arial" , sans-serif;">The production of a few vaccines, including those for varicella, rubella, and hepatitis A, involves growing the viruses in human cell culture. Two human cell lines provide the cell cultures needed for producing vaccines; these lines were developed from two legally aborted fetuses in the 1960s. These cell lines are maintained to have an indefinite life span. No fetal tissue has been added since the cell lines were originally created . . .

<span style="background-color: #fefefe; color: #262626; font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif;">The following excerpt came from an article offering the abortion history in this country. https://www.cnn.com/2016/06/23/health/abortion-history-in-united-states/index.html
<span style="background-color: #fefefe; color: #262626; font-family: "cnn" , "helvetica neue" , "helvetica" , "arial" , "utkal" , sans-serif; font-size: 18px;">In the late 1960s, before abortion was legalized again in the United States, concerned pastors and rabbis set up the Clergy Consultation Service on Abortion to help women find safe illegal abortions.

According to this information, we can be sure abortions were done in this country before 1973. Depending upon the financial status of the "patient" and the willingness of the physician they were simply labeled to be some other procedure or just "off the record," but this leaves me with a question. If abortions were not legal until 1973, how were two fetuses aborted legally in the 60's?

Research indicates it was really improvements in sanitation that brought the decline of polio in the 50's before the vaccine. After the vaccine was introduced, any symptoms of, or similar to polio were labeled differently, such as Guillain-Barre syndrome. Although there are fewer cases of polio, measles, mumps, and pertussis reported, autoimmune diseases and countless syndromes have increased in this modern vaccine era. You may argue that we simply have more ways to diagnose and more information available, which may be true, but there is one haunting fact that stands in this hotly debated issue.

I've taken note of the digital history regarding the annual flu vaccines. Digital history is certainly not etched in stone, and often not in tangible print. At the beginning of flu season, everyone is urged to get a flu shot, as thousands of people were spared the flu "last season," due to their shots By the end of the flu season, the records seem to have changed and everyone is urged to get a flu shot to avoid being one of the thousands of sad statistics from the previous year . . .

Vaccine manufacturers are not liable for claims of vaccine injuries and there are over 250 patent applications for more vaccinations! In 1986, the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, was included in a larger health bill and passed, protecting vaccine manufacturers from lawsuits. The recommended vaccinations in the country stood between 24-25 from 1963-1988. That number has now more than doubled.

<span style="font-family: "open_sansregular" , "arial"; font-size: 14.4px;">Since 1988, over 20,629 petitions have been filed with the NCVIA<span style="font-family: "open_sansregular" , "arial"; font-size: 14.4px;">. Over that 30-year time period, 17,875 petitions have been adjudicated, with 6,551 of those determined to be compensable, while 11,324 were dismissed. Total compensation paid over the life of the program is approximately $4.1 billion.
<span style="font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif;">VAERS <span style="font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif;">Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System was established in 1990. The name doesn't lead one to believe the CDC and FDA are involved, but both are listed to "co-manage" VAERS. The link is included in the acronym at the beginning of this paragraph, and the following is a paragraph from the website.

Monitor increases in known adverse events;

Assess the safety of newly licensed vaccines;

Determine and address possible reporting clusters (e.g., suspected localized [temporally or geographically] or product-/batch-/lot-specific adverse event reporting);

Provide a national safety monitoring system that extends to the entire general population for response to public health emergencies, such as a large-scale pandemic influenza vaccination program.

VAERS appears to be data keeper and study desk to monitor the effects of new vaccinations in the population, which makes it sound like our children are the guinea pigs.

Although the creation of NCVIA in 1988 and VAERS in 1990 gives the illusion of protection for the people, these two agencies are in place because the vaccine manufacturers are protected from lawsuits and liability, as of 1986.

The term pharmakeia/pharmakon is a Greek term that is the root for our English word pharmacy or pharmaceutical and that Greek term is included in the Revelation of Scripture, translated "sorcery/sorcerer." There are four verses pertaining to this subject in the Revelation.
Revelation 9:21; 18:23; 21:8; 22:15
Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their
fornication, nor of their thefts. Revelation 9:21.
The man is working, but I find his pitch to be an interesting paradox. I believe he believes in his pitch, but I believe he's just the face and voice of an agenda. Our government can't keep everyone signing up for federal student loans for college! Then, there is also the factor that fewer and fewer people, these days, even realize the value of skilled labor. I absolutely believe in the message that Mike Rowe is pitching, but I just cannot help but notice the fact that this man, by his own, bio gives full confession to being a good spokesperson and by the list of sponsors, is apparently quite persuasive.

To look at him, he's "the image" of a hard working man who is happy in his skilled labor career. His site actually has a list of available jobs, as well. His personal life doesn't really bear out his image, but more on that later. He is working!

The following link contains a great deal of promotion, but I wanted to include the last headlined section I perused, and Mr. Rowe's closing paragraph. https://www.mikeroweworks.org/about/
- Mike Rowe

<span style="font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif;">According to Wikipedia, Mr. Rowe was indeed a college boy, and every position in his resume seems to bear witness to the man really not participating in jobs that get your hands dirty . . . Unless, of course, there's a contract with a camera rolling. Mr. Rowe reportedly lives in San Francisco, is past 55, with no wife or children mentioned.

<span style="font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif;">Again, this is not a slam against Mr. Rowe, but rather to point out the reality that he's a spokesperson for a concept that is being pushed very hard by powerful people. In all support of Mr. Rowe, he is clearly using his talent and style to convey a message. The man is making an honest living, promoting a "concept" that needs to be remembered. Somebody's got to "keep things running!"

The promotion of "keeping things running" is, in my opinion, just another part of the agenda being proposed for a society that is already so far in bondage, most don't even recognize it. Whether this is "a conspiracy theory" or "critical thinking" is up to each of us to determine. Here's my theory. There are enough people with college degrees and federal student loans to make an entire office workforce of indentured servants, but these people cannot take care of the infrastructure of civilized society. That's where the blue collar and vo-tech careers come in. These careers that have been relegated to the back burner of "undesired careers" are necessary trades. They are especially necessary for a nation of dependent people. Dependent citizens will need people to take care of the infrastructure.

As our society drifts further from truth and reality, we need to keep in mind, most of what is being promoted, is for the profit of the sponsors, the welfare of the system, and a paycheck for the participants of the promotion, rather than the individual listening to the promotion.

stand before unknown men. a Proverb of Holy Scripture

Many of Nancy Pelosi's constituents and supporters have commented "concern" about Barron Trump's attention or lack thereof through late night speeches and events. The fact that these events have taken place past a normal bedtime for a pre-teen, then there's the boredom factor . . . for a twelve year old boy, I hardly see the commentary as insightful. Then there is the reality that those who have suggested labels are hardly qualified to do so.

On the other hand, Nancy is 78 years old and should by now, know what appropriate behavior is, unless she's experienced some sort of health event or is simply declining, at this point.

At first in watching her behavior and how much "stuff" was sitting in front of her, as opposed to VP Pence, I thought she was just poised aggressively to be disagreeable, but I'm not so sure, now. Does this make you wonder if she is like this behind the closed doors of the House with anyone and everyone who dares have a different perspective? In looking back through some of the SOTU addresses in her previous time of Speaker of the House, she was of course, friendly to President Obama.

Somewhere in a previous comment or video, I'd suggested that perhaps this open hostility was just part of Washington theatre, but now I have to wonder.

I'm no doctor, but in looking back over the photos, Nancy Pelosi's behavior through the 2019 State of the Union Address reminded me of my old days working in the Nursing Home. I realize many older folks have trouble and can even become combative after sundown. Nancy will be 79 next month. Perhaps she can simply no longer manage her emotions and behavior in some circumstances . . .

She actually stated that the President was not invited to the House to give the SOTU Address through the government shut down. I'm not sure who should be credited for the democrat women to be wearing white, but Nancy certainly showed her support for the "cause." The iconic image of her sarcastic applause aimed at the president is clearly one for the history books. There was a time when citizens served in politics for a time, then returned to their own home and livelihood to age gracefully at home. It may already be too late to avoid aging disgracefully in office. Nancy seems to be wielding a great deal more power than previous Speakers of the House, while her behavior seems quite unfitting for that of a public servant.

CNN reported a 76% approval rating for the President's SOTU Address. Perhaps the Speaker of the House is struggling to actually relate to or represent the interests of the majority of Americans.
I'm not against it, fully, I'm just aware that a wall could not only keep intruders out, but could also keep Americans contained. Then there is the fact that anyone who disregards the already established laws will find a way over, under, or around a wall!

I was born in the late 50's, and without divulging all the family dysfunction, I had a foretaste of this "freedom in exchange for safety" mentality long before it became fashionable in America. I grew up listening to how scary the world was and since I was 5 when President Kennedy was assassinated, it seemed believable . . . for a time, but not for long. Once I got to school and found out other kids could leave their own backyard and return home safely and show up for school the next day, I began to question the paranoia. I had the sense or fear to not question it aloud, but the disregard of fear took root and has blossomed into courage through the years. Now, at 60, I read headlines and realize our "public servants" are not serving "we the people" and the media is simply using emotional manipulation to keep Americans at odds with each other and all stirred up.

The government shutdown was over the lack of funding for "the wall." Then our Representatives spent a week working on a bill they knew would not pass to resolve the issue! Considering the tax dollars that pay the House of Representatives, shouldn't they spend their time more productively? In crunching a few numbers, it would seem they cost us nearly 3M dollars in salaries, drafting a bill they knew would die. A week on a bill they know won't pass seems to be a case of "time NOT well spent!" How is that serving the people who elected them? Why is this acceptable? Now, there is talk about declaring a "National Emergency." I have a few words of my own regarding "National Emergency."
Being a-political in such a politically divisive climate, silence seemed the best plan for a time. I've been working on other writing projects, but I just took a break from politics. G.W. was just beginning his second term when I began this blog. I didn't agree with a number of his decisions, but I felt the freedom to openly write my perspective, even when I disagreed.

The Obama administration really slowed down my blogging, as I would have obviously lost my a-political objective. I was doing radio through some of his administration and the pressure against free speech was gaining strength. I stayed busy writing in other areas, doing my best to keep a few things actually in print, as digital history can be changed with the click of a mouse. I knew 2012 was the last election as we'd known them, and 2016 proved to be an election like none we'd seen before.

I didn't participate in the actual election, and as is repeated ad nauseam, "if you don't vote, you can't complain." Fair enough, I'm not really even going to talk about the current administration, but I've got plenty say about our digital media. As a writer, I believe genuine news articles should not read like an article from the Enquirer. There is entirely too much bias as well as too many extraneous, irrelevant details or comparisons; while pertinent information seems often omitted. Most news articles seem to focus on "the potential wedge," then proceed to build an article around it.

The perfect example to remain true to my a-political perspective are the recent articles of the Christmas decorations in the White House. Melania receives very poor treatment from some of the media. I'm guessing there are some female executives in the newsroom that are just green with envy. If she was the other party, she'd be the media's darling and on the front of every magazine. Melania Trump is a beautiful woman, clearly with her own style, which she wears well. So why are the headlines usually so negative and the magazines so silent? I can't speak for anyone else, but it really does come across as jealousy.

I didn't vote for her husband . . . I didn't vote against him, either. I also don't celebrate "Christmas," but what in the world? Was it just a slow news day or is the media really as negatively programmed as it would seem? The following headline was on my Yahoo news page, and according to Google, a couple of other news sites picked up the story and ran it as well. To actually write an article about negative social media comments while providing quote after quote, I think exceeds the gossip mag/rags. A "news article" with the focus being: twitter comments!

Why the big hoop-ti-la over Melania decorating the White House for Christmas? Then to bring together the issue at the border with Christmas decorating seems like a real stretch. America is a war-mongering nation! Historically speaking, America has been at peace less than 20 years since it's founding, yet the White House has been decorated and Washington DC continues to hold gala events through the years, regardless of military action. Nobody faulted Lady Bird for decorating for Christmas while the men of my generation were dying in Viet Nam! The Johnson girls and the Nixon girls all had beautiful weddings through their father's presidencies which also included years of war. Actually, Julie Nixon's wedding took place between his election and his inauguration, but her sister's wedding took place in the Rose Garden.

This disrespect toward Melania is just wrong, and her response in just rising above it, makes her look that much better. Nobody faulted Nancy Reagan for inviting Jean Dixon to the White House or for decorating for Christmas while her husband did everything he could to avoid the Middle East. And while we're at it . . . we've been in Iraq and Afghanistan since just after the turn of this century, but the media didn't attack the Obamas for holiday decorating and the media was very supportive of the rainbow lighting on the White House . . . while we were at war with Isis. I realize there were some negative remarks made about Michelle Obama, but she has been generally treated well by media and was on more than one magazine cover.

I can't remember a time when America was so disrespectful toward a First Lady.

I feel badly that there are children caught in this battle of the border, but that is not Melania's fault. That fault lies at the feet of their parents. If you're going to do something illegal, don't bring your children and don't use them as a human shield. How hard is that? If I was going to commit some sort of felony, I wouldn't have my child in the get-away car. If someone is "brave enough" to break our immigration laws, then why not use that courage to change their own country? To disregard our border is a choice these people, reportedly, have much time to consider and reconsider. Forcing one's way into a country is not called seeking asylum or immigration, it's called: invasion.

If Dr. Ford's testimony causes Judge Kavanaugh to lose the appointment, it will be official that we, as citizens, are no longer presumed innocent until proven guilty. If Judge Kavanaugh does receive the appointment to the SCOTUS, Dr. Ford has set us back 60 years in regard to reporting sex crimes. Not to mention how much trafficking will likely be ignored, now . . . The fact that our government now amounts to little more than a political circus is sad. This entire mess was orchestrated to cause emotions to soar, at this late hour. American politics is now adrenaline driven.

We may also be looking at the end of the statute of limitation . . . especially for unprovable allegations that are not prosecuted. Even if the allegations are true, it's been far too many years to prosecute, yet a person's reputation, career, and ultimately their life can be ruined. The court of public opinion can be merciless. I understand the concept of repressed memories, but she claims to have spoken of the matter back in 2012.

As for the FBI investigation. Everyone knows this is a red herring, at best. This is the same agency that didn't bother to investigate a high school dropout making threats, who actually followed through on those threats at Stoneman Douglas High School in Florida. This is nothing more than a stall tactic or flare for a bit more drama. Now that I've read the responses to the report, it's clear that the division still stands. For those who oppose Judge Kavanaugh, the investigation was not thorough enough and it's satisfactory for those who were already set to confirm him. There are three Senators (undecided) who are enjoying their 15 minutes of absolute power . . .

Isn't it interesting that Judge Kavanaugh's integrity is in question based upon a single accusation from several years ago. There have been no complaints throughout his career. This is not a criminal matter, but he stands to lose every thing, if there is a problem. Let's also consider the integrity of the people judging his integrity. I believe these senate hearings are the very definition of paradox.

There's no way for America to come out of this, because either way, we the people are at serious odds over this situation. Let's face it, nearly everyone had their mind made up as soon as the news broke, based purely on political affiliation. We the people didn't need an advise and consent hearing. Besides, I think the decision has already been made. I do have to wonder, though, what else has been going into place while this has mesmerized the nation.

America, we're slipping and slipping badly. The workings of our government should not be comparable to a season finale of Dallas or a Jerry Springer show.
This blog has never had the reputation of presenting a politically correct perspective, and that consistency shall remain.

In all the legal drama this country is facing from the LGBTQetc. . . community regarding same sex marriage, cakes, venues, and flowers, one judge has reminded us, there is still a first amendment that not only protects the gay community in their statement of free speech, but cake decorating is an art that is also protected by the first amendment!

A same-sex couple filed a claim against Tastries Bakery saying the owner would not make their wedding cake because of religious beliefs. (KBAK/KBFX photo)

The first court battle caught my attention a few years ago, against Jack Phillips in Colorado, before same sex marriage was even legal in the state! This is truly how outrageously it all began. A business man was literally persecuted for not creating a work of art for an event that he does not believe in, and was not legal in the state in which he does business. Now, how did the spin take place to make it a situation of discrimination when the two men could not legally get married in Colorado?

The second case was truly sad, in that two women sought out this small family bakery to bring destruction. So far, they've succeeded. Now, what has that done for their cause? Before this particular incident, I wasn't pro-gay and I do believe Scripture teaches against same sex unions, but I was of the ilk, "live and let live." I'm fine with someone who chooses to disagree with me, and doesn't want my beliefs to affect their way of life; as long as that is a two way street. As an independent small business owner, when a fellow entrepreneur is targeted, I take note. "Sweetcakes by Melissa" was not protesting gay marriage, the bakery simply did not want to participate in a gay marriage! That should be an obvious difference for those who choose to incorporate logic in their perspective.

These situations have needed some logic for some time and I'm glad to see there is finally an appreciation of the artistry of cake decorating. Wedding cakes are usually the secondary focus of the wedding, second only to the bride. To order a specially designed cake is absolutely expecting a work of art! If any of these couples felt otherwise, they could have gone to their Walmart bakery, just picked up a tiered cake, and added their special topper, but they wanted a hand-made, uniquely designed work of art.

I find it difficult to believe there are no other bakers who wouldn't have been more than happy to design a unique cake for these couples. I'll probably say this wrong, but I would think the gay community would be as cohesive as any other group that wants to support their people. Whether it's a gay baker or a baker that had no religious objections, I'd think they'd want to support those businesses, rather than target those who would rather not sell their art for something they don't believe in. When those two men set out to destroy Jack Phillips, and those two women targeted the Kleins, that spoke volumes as to underlying intent and truth be told, I would venture to say, actually lost support for their cause.

My thought on this matter is pretty succinct. These people who have targeted independent business owners, must be so unhappy in their choices, that they have to spread the unhappiness and destruction. I'd guess these bakers truly do have lives that bring out the "covet" in folks who perhaps don't have contentedness. Most dissatisfied customers just take their business elsewhere, rather than attempt to take the business.
In a society of text codes and agency initials, isn't it interesting that Conspiracy Theory and Critical Thinking both have the same initials? Not to mention "Controversial Topics, Chem-Trails, and Creation Therapy." It would seem Conspiracy Theory became a common term in our society about the same time the concept of Critical Thinking was pretty much eliminated in our general culture . . .

Although weaning myself away from my political addiction did take some time, I have to credit former President Obama for my distancing from political posts. Disagreeing with him, always came with some sort of negative label, that really amounted to nothing more than character assassination. Whereas; disagreeing with G.W. was just politics, as usual. It troubled me greatly that we had actually elected an administration that could not be disagreed with, or even questioned; yet was supported by so many Americans. That sign of the times took awhile to process . . . and once I did, writer's block ensued for a time.

Now that the format has changed in the periodical published from this source, Contemplation of Preponderance will be used to present various topics that are either controversial or considered conspiratorial. We'll do everything we can, here to use our own critical thinking skills and encourage the same in our readers. We do not have to agree or disagree with every topic based upon our political or religious affiliations. Sometimes, even often . . . the majority is wrong!

Before launching, fully into this new direction of "conspiracy theory," I thought I'd see what Wikipedia had to say about the subject. So, here we go . . . first paragraph:
"A conspiracy theory is an explanation of an event or situation that invokes an unwarranted conspiracy, generally one involving an illegal or harmful act carried out by government or other powerful actors. Conspiracy theories often produce hypotheses that contradict the prevailing understanding of history or simple facts. The term is a derogatory one.

I wanted to include the Etymology, as the dictionary definition, as well as the history is quite telling. Historically speaking, it's apparently a fairly new phrase, which was used quite sparingly and considered somewhat neutral, until the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. The early neutrality of the term is argued, but for the most part, conspiracy theory was not a term of general use until the CIA coined the phrase to discredit those who doubted the official version of JFK's death. Apparently it was through the sixties, "Conspiracy Theory" became the negative term to officially replace "critical thinking," and has gained traction, since.

The Oxford English Dictionary defines conspiracy theory as "the theory that an event or phenomenon occurs as a result of a conspiracy between interested parties; spec. a belief that some covert but influential agency (typically political in motivation and oppressive in intent) is responsible for an unexplained event". It cites a 1909 article in The American Historical Review as the earliest usage example, although it also appears in journals as early as April 1870. The word "conspiracy" derives from the Latin con- ("with, together") and spirare ("to breathe").

According to John Ayto, the phrase conspiracy theory was originally a neutral term and acquired a pejorative connotation only in the 1960s, with an implication that the theorist is paranoid.[10] Lance deHaven-Smith has similarly suggested that the term was deployed in the 1960s by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to discredit John F. Kennedy assassination conspiracy theories. Robert Blaskiewicz rejects such claims, asserting instead that the term has always been derogatory and pointing to examples demonstrating that this has been so since the nineteenth century.

<span style="font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif;">As we present various topics in this publication, I must reiterate, we have become a society of filtered, yet flooded information which has served to often divide and distract "we the people" from what I consider to be the true issues that are of actual concern to us. I will use the assassination of JFK to make my point.
<span style="font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif;">

<span style="font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif;">The Report of the Warren Commission has been doubted for over 50 years, movies suggesting the potential mendacity of the report have been made; yet the Report remains the official historical account. <span style="font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif;">The fact that our nation has continued to politically divide since the sixties, only serves to prove, we actually lost site of the fact our President was gunned down in front of thousands and nearly 60 years later, we know that we still don't who did it. We've accepted, while doubting, not only the official report, but the general distrust of every aspect of official authority! The distrust and mistrust has grown exponentially.
<span style="font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif;">

<span style="font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif;">The programming is strong and relentless. Many are afraid to question the government, while others are ashamed to believe what we are told. The solution?
<span style="font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif;">

<span style="font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif;">The Bible is as current as today's headlines and definitely accurate!
<span style="font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif; font-size: 14px;">

I think both parties are working together, against "we the people!" Yet, I digress . . . The format of this blog is changing to align with the format of the new periodical that will replace The Goshen Gazette.

Our Heavenly Father has led me to be more specific in the information I publish, which is specifically; holistic wellness. We need to get healthier and for that to truly happen, we need to get healthy from the inside out . . . We are not bodies with a spirit; rather we are spirit with a body. Thus our health, wellness, and lifestyle must reflect a new direction to receive the health and wellness we need for the lifestyle we were created to enjoy!

In this new direction of health, we all undoubtedly have room for improvement in probably all areas of life, but I believe we should begin with the spirit. We need a relationship with our Creator. There is One way to begin that relationship and that is through His Son, then to follow His Son, we must seek His Word. The Word is metaphorically compared to food, and The Spirit to water, Living Water. In the Beatitudes, Messiah said, "blessed are they who hunger and thirst . . ." Sadly, many of us are so busy in the cares of everyday living, we are starving our spirits. We need time to be replenished, restored, and refreshed. In the Word daily, and remembering Sabbath, not only strengthens our spirit, but refreshes our mind, and restores our body.

We also need to have some "disconnect" time from the world and headlines. Current events are enough to drag most any sane person down. The news is one horrific headline after another, with advertisements for pharmakeia. No wonder our society spends so much on health care, while staying so ill! Bad news, bad medicine . . . When we get things in the right order in our life, our information will be filtered by the Holy Spirit before we let our mind dwell on it, and we'll desire better subjects upon which to ponder. Philippians 4:8 comes to mind.

Fad diets come and fad diets go . . . What a person truly needs is a healthy, balanced diet of real food. With GMOs and prepackaged everything, real food is becoming more difficult to find. Then there is the whole clean and unclean issue, but that will be for another blog. The best way to know what you are eating is to raise it yourself. I realize everyone cannot have a full garden, but even one improvement will be valuable, and that leads to the next phase of physical health, which is exercise, and what I call "dirt therapy." Scripture tells us, we were created from the dust of the earth, and there is something very therapeutic about having our hands in the dirt. In just, even a bit of gardening; while getting our hands dirty, the activity level, Vitamin D, and fresh air is increased. Last and certainly not least, in our quest for improved health, is proper rest. Sleep is basic to each of us, but rest is important. The proper rest not only includes a decent night's sleep, but a day of rest. Many times in Scripture, the Sabbath is mentioned, as a day set apart from the other six days. Resting on Sabbath is as important to our bodies, as "charging time is for our smart phones!"

I can't do a thing about the direction of America, as it has been prophesied. Voicing my disdain for our political smoke and mirrors isn't really doing anyone any good, and my season of venting has come to a close. This blog is moving on to a higher purpose . . .
American politics will be American politics until America is out of business, either by way of being part of the One World Order, or the Harlot of Babylon up in smoke!
Come now, and let us reason together, saith YHUH: though your sins be as

shall be as wool. If you haven't heard of this latest advancement in technology, I would encourage you to do a bit of research . . . at least Google! This is either the ultimate in distractions or a genuine glimpse into the future. It does appear to be the quintessential definition of what it is, for humanity to "outsmart itself!" In other words, I'm thinking artificial intelligence is the dumbest thing, yet!

A robot that can increase in knowledge and replicate human expression, in my humble opinion; may very well be the Nephelim many self-studied eschatologists are looking for. From what we can understand in Scripture, the Nephelim were larger than life human hybrids. I believe we have a different type of "larger than life" Nephelim amongst us now, with more planned in the near future.

Then there's the medical technology to be introduced into the human body. https://www.nephrologynews.com/implantable-artificial-kidney-developers-partner-home-dialyzors-united/ When I first read of the artificial kidney, I was uneasy, but immediately thought of the number of dialysis centers in any given city and realized this is likely to be a well received idea. Really, though, it's not so ground breaking, as we already have pace makers, artificial knees and hips, rods and screws in bones, and . . . we all loved the Bionic Man in the 70's. Seriously, technical replacement parts for humans have been in the plans for some time now. It would appear to be only a matter of time until humans have inhuman artificial implants and robots are going to college and teaching our kids.

Humans with technological replacement parts and robots with intelligence . . . How long will it be, before we simply won't be able to tell one from the other? From what I'm seeing on social media, medical microchips are coming, but many Bible believers have decided microchips cannot possibly be "the mark of the beast," so it looks like many will be accepting those in the near future. It's quite disconcerting to read some of the comments that have completely "spiritualized" the mark of the beast, regarding a day of worship. The Revelation 13 says it will be used for buying and selling. Buying and selling is physically tangible! I definitely believe religion and health care will be the primary providers of the mark of the beast.

For there shall arise false Messiahs, and false prophets, and shall show great
signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the
very elect. ~ words of Messiah in Matthew 24:24K D Elizabethhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10183114008882831294noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10426418.post-55736670561323380402017-10-24T15:45:00.001-05:002017-10-24T15:45:23.907-05:00Let's Talk Aromatherapy and Essential OilsBack before essential oils were trendy, they did exist! I realize, to many, this may news! Essential oils have existed for ages, but before the big MLMs, primarily only those in alternative health care knew about them and used them. Massage therapists added certain essential oils to their massage oil. Reflexologists used them with their clients. But that was back in the day, anything outside of mainstream medicine was considered "quackery." I've been using Essential Oils since Aura Cassia was the main name known in EOs and the choices were slim. The products were good, but few. Even back in the 70s and 80s, there were more, but I remember specifically: lavender, lemon, peppermint, and patchouli. Evening Primrose Oil was a specialty item . . .

I had already been practicing reflexology and iridology for many moons, when Young Living entered the picture in 1993. Through my years of continuing education of alternative modalities in the 90s, I cannot think of a single company that recommended the ingestion of Essential Oils. Everything I learned about Essential Oils and Aromatherapy taught they were for external application and not to be taken orally!

Now a "Johnny come lately" EO MLM is telling us Essential Oils are to be ingested . . . Not all of them, and not for children, but their company loyal "marketeers" believe they are covering themselves in regard to the FDA, when in actuality, this instruction to take EOs orally is what brings the FDA into the picture. From a non MLM perspective, this company appears to be attempting to place all EOs under the regulation of the FDA. That will certainly get rid of the old school, non MLM practitioners, and bring about two other changes. First, the MLM which shall remain nameless, is vying for their place in mainstream medicine and appears to be willing to go head to head; or become a part of Big Pharma. If I were a betting woman, my money would be on the latter . . . Second, the nameless MLM is one of only two that will be able to afford the testing for compliance with the FDA. Alternative health care needs to remain outside of mainstream, both for choice and integrity!

I see a real problem coming from this company who recommends the ingestion of Essential Oils, as only "theirs" are pure enough and have an unmatched therapeutic standard. Welcome to both the F and D of the FDA. Call me a skeptic, but I just don't believe this is about covering themselves in the potential event of standardized testing. This seems more of taking the initiative to open the door wide open to regulation, thus eliminating most of the competition! One of the distributors for this company explained it to me in a very interesting way. She likened her company to WalMart . . . and how there are still small time competitors. First and foremost, I would also liken this nameless MLM to WalMart . . . but to add a little reminder here. Most "mom and pop" stores did disappear with the building of the Supercenters. Yet, I digress, back to the invitation to the FDA by the MLM. FDA stands for Food and Drug Administration. So, if a product is not recommended to be ingested, nor does it make any claims of treatment, the FDA is not involved! Those of us who have been outside of mainstream for over a quarter of a century like it here and we are still sharing our information with anyone who is interested! I've watched this "Johnny Come Lately" company long enough to have a great deal of skepticism about the integrity of its business protocol.

A direct quote from an internet search, which equates to "self-policing:" <span style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: "roboto" , "arial" , sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Without an accepted standard for essential oil quality, "Unnamed MLM" created its own testing process, calling it CPTG<span style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: "roboto" , "arial" , sans-serif; font-size: 16px;"> Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade®<span style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: "roboto" , "arial" , sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">. The CPTG <span style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: "roboto" , "arial" , sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">process certifies that there are no added fillers, synthetic ingredients, or harmful contaminants in their essential oils that would reduce their efficacy.
Once a company has established its own testing process and standard, how does another company meet that registered trademark standard, as it is exclusively owned by the company that registered it? . . . Or does the competition establish a different standard?

When I read and hear of the recipes that include Essential Oil in a beverage, I'm reminded of the old adage: "oil and water do not mix." Essential Oil can't be "diluted" in water. Essential oil, however; can rest on the water's surface, giving aroma as well as flavor if ingested. Centuries ago, Scripture told us, oil was to be applied externally!
Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them
pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of Y'hshuah: James 5:14
There will be some good things that happen in America, that's why the false revival will be so believable, in the beginning. It will not appear to begin as "false!" There will be some true hearts wanting to please our Creator, but . . . considering the fact that ancient Israel, the chosen people, always managed to be derailed, America is already "proudly" proclaiming an attempt to "do what is right in our own eyes!" Scripturally speaking, "doing what is right in our own eyes" does not align with "repentance."

There are so many varying interpretations of Daniel and the book of the Revelation, they cannot all be correct! Then there's the "pre-trib rapture" theory vs. the mid-trib, vs. post-trib. To be honest, I truly tried to believe in the pre-trib rapture, but I just couldn't . . . Messiah and Paul made entirely too many statements regarding persecution, and let's face it, the country with the most Bibles has it pretty easy. I realize there is some pressure coming on, but realistically, we've not seen anything of the magnitude experienced by the prophets and apostles.
For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall show signs and
wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things. But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the
moon shall not give her light, . . . And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and
glory. Mark 13:22-24, 26

What I feel led to mention is the fact that many believe the anti-Christ will be hateful and horrifying, and at some point the One World Order will persecute the remnant to the point of martyrdom, but in the early days of this unifying power, it will genuinely seem like a good thing. The anti-Christ is actually better translated "false Messiah." We've seen two really good political examples of this in America in the last decade and I'm not blaming either man, but rather pointing out just how loyal and faithful their "followers" are. Democrats acted like Obama was the long awaited Messiah. Now, those who have been politically disgruntled find absolutely no fault in Trump, and actually defend him as faithfully as Obama fans defended him. I'm not offering any disrespect toward President Trump. I pray for him and have written him a letter. I do not believe President Trump is a bad man, but he is not terribly knowledgeable about Scripture. He has some very poor spiritual advisers, and I believe this will lead to a false revival across America.

Although we won't admit it, we've had politically correct Christianity for years in America, a sinner's prayer that doesn't change lives, and folks placing their faith in all sorts of things calling it "of G-d!" The fact that there are two upcoming, promoted "gatherings" next month indicates we are at the threshold of spiritual change and possible division to the very core of our nation. The first one actually takes place in Washington DC. "America's Tent of Meeting" is scheduled to take place through three days of Feast of Tabernacles or "Sukkot." On the surface, this may sound wonderful and if even one person's eyes are opened, it will be well worth it, but this is a political gathering using a Feast of YHUH, to man's convenience and agenda . . . Fifty states, fifty tents, one voice. Scary, scary business, on a spiritual level.

Later in the month, Kansas City will hosting what is called a "Unity + Revival Conference 2017,"celebrating a year of destiny! From the speaker lineup, this looks like the next step in bringing the Protestants back to the Catholic Church while also bringing the Messianics into mainstream American religious culture. Actually, it's nothing more than a furtherance of the ecumenical movement started in the late 50s and early 60s with "Chrisitan Crusades" going from city to city.

There is no doubt, this nation needs a wake up call with definite and sincere repentance. Playing religion in the nation's capital and claiming unity in the Bible belt is not the answer!

Wherefore ADONAI said, Forasmuch as this people draw near Me with their mouth,
and with their lips do honour Me, but have removed their heart far from Me, and
their fear toward Me is taught by the precept of men: Isaiah 29:13

Thus saith YHUH, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths,
where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls.
But they said, We will not walk therein. Jeremiah 6:16
I'm going to get a little preachy, in this one. It's as though, many Americans are "investing" in instant gratification, or apathetically determining where they will simply exist and suck air until they are pushing up daisies. Those who are into "old school" investing, are investing in "money" for their long term health care. Very few are actually investing in their own purpose and talents, or pursuing a way to leave an inheritance. Many Americans are simply "investing" in superficial interests, entertainment, excess, and/or debt. . .

I believe I have been called to establish a small homestead and minister to folks in the Name of Y'hshuah. So many claim to believe he lived a perfect life according to the Laws of our Creator, and I agree, but he called those whom he chose to follow him. The debate begins when it comes to how we "follow" him. I truly don't understand the debate. The Instructions or Laws by which he lived are recorded, so the debate is man made. The Holy Spirit will never confirm or lead anyone away from Scripture, ever! So, back to my call and what I've been doing that came into question, recently. I will also include, even if I'm mistaken about some of the details of this homestead, the offer I received would place me much farther away from the Father's will for my life. Thankfully, it's not even a temptation.

My daughter and son-in-law both recently visited, but they weren't together for the visit. Both were in the area at different times on other business, and I live in the general area. My son-in-law was here first. When my daughter called, to relay the report he'd given, it was all so positive, except the part that I had experienced a pretty serious accident earlier in the year. I had failed to mention that at the time . . . But she said he spoke of the village, and the new buildings, the livestock, and the delicious fresh tomatoes, etc. A month later, my daughter visited, and shared with my granddaughter, nothing but a bad report. The reports were so different, you'd think they weren't even describing the same place. Now, we move on into the investment portion of this article.

They moved to Phoenix, AZ five years ago. In that time, they've posted photos of great trips, beautiful landscapes, as well as their backyard in ground pool at the house they rent. My daughter got into real estate a couple of years ago, but they still haven't actually made any real estate purchases in the area. In that same five years, I've added fence for pasture rotation, bought a cow and a milk barn, a greenhouse, a nice new storage shed, a new goat milk parlor, as the first one is now our "power station" for wind and solar, which has also been added in the last five years. The orchard is now producing, and I'm relocating some indigenous berry plants and bushes to protect them from destruction along the fence rows under the power lines. So far the elderberries are doing well, with raspberries and blackberries to be added. Then there's the learning village that was added last year. I am a year behind, due to the injury in the spring, but YaH willing, I'll be catching up. I have also added a small mineral pool which has aided my recovery, dramatically. And a larger pool is here and due to be installed before winter.

Just last week, after her visit, she sent me a real estate listing. Forty acres for just under $50,000. It has a well and septic and cacti . . . Imagine my surprise when she called trying to convince me to buy that property and relocate! I mentioned my call of G-d and my investment here, to which she continue to pitch the sale. She even mentioned that I'm getting too old to be managing this 10 acres. I knew when I came here, this was my call and my purpose for the rest of my days. I'm not too old to serve my Heavenly Father, manage 10 acres with my critters, teach simplicity, and write. I am too old, however; to buy any more fixer uppers or establish another homestead . . . in the desert. This was wilderness when I arrived in 2009, and now it's a bustling, productive homestead with folks coming to fellowship and learn. Father has blessed me to invest in sharing the talents He gave me and gifted me with a passion to serve Him. I shall not be moved.
Then there is the fact that America is in terrible spiritual condition, so judgment is coming. I'm really leaning toward the belief that the harshest judgment may simply be the removal of our Creator's Hand of Protection from ourselves!

We can talk all we want about how violent the Muslims are, but Americans will kill their own innocent children, destroy their own homes and towns. Americans have a very cold desensitized apathy that really seems more dangerous than Islamic furor. I'm in no way supportive or excusing Islamic hatred or terror, but we have to look in the mirror. There are far too many Americans who care more about their phone and their next text than they do about others in the room or on the road. For that matter, it's abundantly clear that much of America cares more about "stuff" than people. We can't just cast stones at Hollywood, Washington and Big Pharma. There is some serious materialism in some big name ministries, as well. Then there is the simple fact, even those considered poor in America have indoor plumbing, electricity, and food they don't have to plant or harvest. Most American homes have more than the basics.

What if . . . we do end up in another civil war? From the headlines, it appears a new civil war will apparently be caused by the last civil war! Back in my radio days, I mentioned the civil war that was brewing would be between the blue and red, rather than the blue and grey. At that time, I didn't think I was prophesying.

If I have my history correct, the old saying "Divide and conquer" goes all the way back to ancient Rome. Whether he actually coined the phrase is unclear, but Julius Caesar used the method to expand the Roman Empire. I can't help but wonder, now that we are officially divided on every issue, who will save us from ourselves. And by that saving us from ourselves . . . we will be conquered! Potentially by the One World Order.

Can you imagine what would happen if Walmart Supercenters didn't open on Black Friday? What if China just said, "No more stuff til you pay your bill?" What if Big Pharma and Health Care says, "You need Positive ID to be seen and treated?" What if you just sign the consent form without reading it, and then realize too late? There are far too many "what ifs" looming on the horizon, while Americans are allowing themselves to be manipulated into violent division! America, we are divided and truly ripe for the conquering!

Our Heavenly Father has used the enemies of ancient Israel to bring judgment on His chosen people. Do you really think America will get a pass? It's time to repent or face the coming judgment.

But hast lifted up thyself against the Lord of heaven; and they have brought the

and the G-d in whose hand thy breath is, and whose are all thy ways, hast thou
not glorified . . . And this is the writing that was written, MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN. This is the interpretation of the thing: MENE; God hath numbered thy kingdom,
and finished it. TEKEL; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting. PERES; Thy kingdom is divided . . . prophet of Holy Scripture
I believe it is, but I also acknowledge that there could be a more subtle mark of the beast, coming to us in the future. Theories abound, and to be honest, if it raises a check in my spirit, I'm just not going along . . . RFID raised a check in my spirit immediately, over a decade ago. It was approved for medical applications by the FDA in 2004, and vets have microchipped animals for several years. Now that it's available for humans for convenience, access, and purchases at work, I'm seeing red flags all around!

So, when it comes to the point of not being able to buy or sell without an RFID microchip, I'll be heading toward simple sustainability and barter . . . I'm guessing the powers that be will still accept cash or precious metals for tax payment . . . at least for a time . . . until the one world order just takes everything, until Messiah returns!

RFID microchip, or Verichip which is now Positive ID . . . whatever it will be called to make it palatable is just not in my plans. I realize, some are doubting that the microchip is the mark of the beast, and all I can say, is, "it may not be, but I'm not getting one." It's just not a chance I'm willing to take. Sadly, I do believe as folks determine they "need" it for whatever purpose, they'll simply convince themselves it "cannot be the mark of the beast."

People have already applauded the mandatory GPS in their phones, and folks can't seem to find any address without entering it in their GPS device. I used to be very apprehensive about my address being entered into GPS and Google, but I've since taken a different view. In the event of the grid going down, all those who blatantly insisted upon entering my address in their GPS, will be clueless without directions . . .

When I wrote the Threshold of Technocracy, I didn't think it would be going into place so quickly!

Since Verichip was first approved by the FDA, and the company has been renamed with the term "chip" now omitted, I look for microchipping to be a part of health care, fairly soon. Since there is such a push to repeal Obamacare, any change will be applauded by at least half of this country. The likelihood of a new bill leaving out some sort of special identity protection, in my opinion, is minuscule. Besides with a false revival in the making, there will be plenty of folks convinced Positive ID could be beneficial in many ways. We are such a nation of lawless loopholers, folks will probably insist upon the microchip in their left hand, based upon the passage of Scripture quoted below.

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to
receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the
beast, or the number of his name. the Revelation of Holy Scripture
As it appears, now, as is so often the case, blame is being shifted and a number of issues being raised that the true facts may be swept away in the torrents of distraction and extraneous information.

Regardless of resignations, and protest, not to mention biased coverage, there are some facts we need to keep in mind, as this "investigation" continues. The reported facts include so many high profile variables, the truth could be easily set aside for any number of tangents.

The victim is a blond, white woman who was a holistic life and health coach from Australia. She is the one who placed the 911 call. It would seem to make sense that she'd approach the police car when it came into view, to possibly further elaborate regarding details and direction of what she heard or saw. It was very late evening and she was in her pajamas. She was at the driver's side window of the two man vehicle, reportedly speaking with the officer behind the wheel, when she was "allegedly" gunned down by the passenger. The passenger "allegedly" shot past his partner, killing the woman. Both men are on administrative leave. Let's move on to just a few of the reported facts about these two men.

Many cities do not have two man patrol cars, so whether this was the norm or unusual for Minneapolis, I can't say, but what has been reported is, troubling. Both men were relatively new to the force. Noor, the alleged shooter had joined the force in 2015, and Harrity in 2016. It would seem, only logical, if there are going to be two officers in the vehicle, one would be a seasoned veteran of the force, rather than two newcomers. Neither officer had his body cam on, and the dash cam was also turned off. It is reported that once the woman was shot, they called for emergency responders, "back up," and began administering CPR. The cameras were still not turned on, after the shooting, but some audio has been reported. The officer that allegedly killed the woman has hired a private attorney and has chosen to not issue a statement. Reportedly, this is his right. The officer who was driving has stated his absolute shock at what happened, but there has been no mention as to why his body cam and the dash cam were not on.

To make things even more complicated, the officer who "allegedly" fired the deadly shot is the first Somali American to join the Minneapolis PD in 2015 and has had three complaints filed against him. In what is reported to be comments to his friends, (he feels his department is not behind him in this situation . . . throwing him under the bus, rather than rallying with "blue lives matter" because he is Muslim and not white . . .)

In the midst of all this, the mayor, a woman, has called for the resignation of the police chief, also a woman. The police chief stated, clearly, this death was unnecessary and avoidable! While the Prime Minister of Australia demands answers for this 'inexplicable' killing. The only statement reported to have been made by the alleged shooter was to friends and he seems to be portraying himself to be the misunderstood victim. Meanwhile he's walking free, while ranchers, who have killed no one, and are no flight risk are being held without bond. The driver was a rookie. Sadly, before it's all said and done, the potential hot button tangents could overtake the simple, yet overwhelming fact.

A woman was killed in the prime of life, thinking the very one who pulled the trigger was there to protect. Her death is not "alleged."
Although I don't have my tin foil hat, at the ready, I don't believe all the conspiracy theories are "only theories," and I truly believe the division is serving as a distraction, while everyone dividing is feeling quite elite and superior in their perspective. America is a part of the feet of iron mixed with clay, mentioned in the book of Daniel. We are a warmongering annex of ancient Rome, that according to Daniel, has yet to be disestablished, and our warmongering is now, primarily aimed at our fellow Americans. I truly believe our warmongering is going to increase and be much less kinder and gentler. Social media certainly serves as a glimpse of the battle ground.

The reasons to become enraged continue to grow, but the foundation for the reasons are what used to be referred to as the three taboo subjects of polite society; politics, religion, and sex.

Religious differences quickly become grounds for "unfriending and blocking" in social media. In the past year, everyone who has blocked me, actually claims to share the same beliefs I have, but I'm not believing them the way they believe I should be believing; therefore in "love," they choose to unfriend and block. "Love thy neighbor as thyself" seems to lose something in the translation between the Leather bound Bible and e-sword . . . and yet, goes unnoticed, or even justified.

Moving right along to the political differences. Politics now covers so much power and control, it's practically a religion unto itself, and many folks hold to "their leaders" as servants of G-d. Scripture does tell us that kings are put in position by our Creator, but Scripture also tells us, not every king was righteous! Sometimes, we simply get the leaders we deserve! Americans, for the most part, seem to truly believe their party is G-d's favorite . . . and the leaders who are elected reflect His favor, as well as His disdain. So, if you are conservative, Trump is a blessing (sort of,) if you are liberal, Trump is judgment. It was the same with Obama, only reversed. Even atheistic Obama fans, quoted Scripture, and of course, the disappointed conservatives, sorrowed. I will make this one simple statement. America hasn't repented, so the idea that either party is being blessed may just be a matter of delusional pride.

Let's talk about sex for just a moment. In political correctness, I am what would be now referred to as heteronormative cisgender. Those are not the pronouns of my choice! I'm a woman in a woman's body. It's not a perfect body, but then I'm not a perfect woman. Although, I do base my views of life on Scripture, as the daughter of an electrician, the identification and connection seem relatively simple. Two male connections will not work, neither will two female. It's not religious judgment, it's simple science. But that doesn't stop the name calling and horrific videos shared promoting the gay agenda, or as I call it, "operation confusion." To be honest, I don't really want to see heterosexual videos promoted, either. While folks are talking of "coming out of the closet," as far as I'm concerned, all "sexuality" needs to just stay in the bedroom. I don't have a problem with facts and function, but the rest is really just between a couple and their Creator.

I do want to also mention one of the first divisions I really noticed amongst my social media peers, and that was over Operation Jade Helm. I reported on it, blogged about it, and continue to see condescending comments, here and there indicating those of us who were concerned were simply over reacting to summer exercises. The old "move along, nothing to see here," worked for those who still believe the system isn't changing. I wasn't expecting an official declaration of martial law, but rather a desensitizing of John Q. Public, and of course division. Jade Helm seems to actually have served to desensitize, distract, and divide the public regarding the fact that our police force and sheriff's departments are now militarized. I'm not saying, cops are bad, I'm saying they are militarized.

Social media seems to offer an interesting perspective of the various divisions that truly are prevalent in our culture, but most people would be less apt to say these things face to face, although I do know a few folks in real time that have no filter. Our culture truly is divided, divisive, and becoming more vocal. Political correctness is certainly the backdoor demise of Free Speech. Why is it, we can no longer have different views, different politics, and different beliefs, without being hateful about it?

And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. ~ MessiahK D Elizabethhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10183114008882831294noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10426418.post-8715484260991464732017-06-22T15:02:00.000-05:002017-06-22T15:02:17.262-05:00Land of the Free ???????????????????Some time has passed since I've posted a blog. To be honest, last year, I found myself clouded by too much anger, disgust, and disappointment to write effectively. From the murder of Lavoy Finicum to the disrespect of the protesters of DAPL, to the Presidential campaign, the negativity just seemed suffocating and the division seemed to be an ever widening chasm. I'd already been feeling somewhat stifled by the previous administration, the "equality agenda," and the various "phobia labels," so I rolled up my sleeves and got busy off line, for a time.

I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack . . . . . . . . . . . and to say I'm on my soapbox is an understatement.

In following the direction of America's health care, I've been concerned, disgusted, distrusting, and sounding the warning for years. Without a doubt, health care will be a strong arm of the One World Order. I made this same statement back in 1990 . . . even before I entered covenant with our Creator, I knew, the health care system was powerful without providing true health care. How many people do any of us know that aren't on some long term prescription for a chronic condition? The debate continues as to whether a medical chip is the mark of the beast, but consider this for just a moment. What happens if an implanted chip is the only way to receive health care or obtain a prescription? Will the possibility that a medical chip could be the mark of the beast, just be dismissed or rationalized?

Several naturopathic doctors who have come out against vaccinations have died in the last couple of years. Mandated health insurance has already increased the cost of premiums for many families, and for those who have opted to pay the fine . . . it's either no health care, or completely out of pocket. Since I left mainstream medicine years ago, based upon my spiritual convictions, the fine seemed the proper choice. I truly believe our Creator is our Healer and He created everything we need for our health, and this seems to be a problem for Big Pharma, who appears to have the FDA in its full control. I keep this in mind with the dangling carrot called "medical marijuana." Cannabis is an herb, created on day 3, so for our government to control it, already seems to imply authority over our Creator. Not a good stand, from my perspective.

The fact that our government has mandated health insurance and the Food and Drug Administration represents the best interest of Big Pharma, we the people have lost our very basic freedom. The freedom to take care of our own G-d given bodies.

Samuel Girod is an Amish farmer, who made a few herbal products. In the beginning, he just gave them to family and friends, but folks liked them so well, he was encouraged to sell them, and so he did. The FDA first invaded Mr. Girod's life in 2003. His trial ended the first week of March and he will be sentenced the end of this month. He is facing what could be the rest of his life in prison for selling a chickweed salve and bloodroot.

Mandated health insurance is not freedom!

And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of YHUH thy G-d, and
wilt do that which is right in His sight, and wilt give ear to His commandments,
and keep all His statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I
have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am YHUH that healeth thee. Torah of Holy Scripture

K D Elizabethhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10183114008882831294noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10426418.post-71400523432793118432016-11-08T08:22:00.000-06:002016-11-08T08:22:40.694-06:00The ElectionI'm not presenting "just the facts," but rather introducing possible supposition, as we cannot possibly know the outcome until we've lived through it or . . . not. I do believe the choices for this election don't seem like much of a choice! Let's look at what "we the people" have been asking for, for years now.

We are tired of career politicians that owe their election to the Big Corporate lobby. They are owned and we already know their bills, votes, and ultimate legislation are based upon campaign funding and the size of donations. Simply stated: "Money talks." So we've cried out for new names and fresh faces. In 2008, we got "little known" Barack Obama. Obviously, he was more well connected than any president before him, in that he is completely protected from questions and above any accountability. He's had a peculiar way of force feeding Americans what they don't want, even many who voted for him . . .

Hillary, on the other hand, is quite well connected, or rather, her name is well known in political circles as well as Big Corporate America. She's clearly in the upper echelon of The One Percent, while somehow condemning elitist and white privilege. I honestly do not know how her fans keep listening, but according to the polls, whether or not they are listening, they are supportive. Her crowds do seem a bit disorganized, photoshopped, or just disoriented, but, that's a topic for another blog . . .

Donald Trump is the antithesis of career politician, and he has his own bankroll, so he apparently cannot be bought, which brings us to an entirely different problem that has not been an issue with career politicians and those who are "lobby owned." In American politics, there is a certain entailment of accountability to those who have written large checks toward the campaign. If Donald Trump cannot be bought and owned, will he be accountable? I never watched his reality show, but I did see a trailer, in which I thought he was a pompous @$$. Yes, I know I was judging him on very limited information, so I've repented. There are a number of reports regarding his humanitarianism long before he was running for office, and I do admire the fact that he has used his wealth to bless others! As for him being presidential material, he is a CEO; whereas his opponent wasn't even a homeowner until 2000.

I have a couple of theories about the outcome of the coming election, but this much I do know. The voters and the non-voters are vehemently divided; and the voters are not mincing words about how they feel toward the non-voters. It's interesting to see for many, their political view is as dogmatic as their religious perspective . . . yet I digress. The potential outcome of this election could have a reaction in the streets, long before a January inauguration. Changes in the cities could come very quickly.

If Hillary is elected, a large portion of the conservative city dwellers may "head for the hills." Many of Hillary's fans don't seem to realize the number of cities and towns that are already well on their way to looking like Detroit, MI. America really doesn't make anything, anymore, but fast food. We can see from history, as the social programs in this country have increased, manufacturing has diminished. The only job security is in health care and government. If a community is large enough to have a police and fire department, a social service office, and their own water treatment system, the city and or county is a major source of employment. Add a hospital, home health agency, and a couple of nursing homes and it becomes quite clear, that health care is also a major source of employment . . . Much of health care is already government controlled and we know Hillary has had her site set on government controlled health care, since Bill was in the White House.

If Donald is elected, I would not be surprised to see "rioting" in the streets, but the current administration will call it protesting . . . I am not sure a Trump presidency will postpone the implementation toward martial law, at all, considering the current administration will still have two and a half months of power after the election.

As for the coming election, I'm afraid America is going to get what we deserve . . .
Do you wonder why that is? Obviously there is big government and big money involved, but my query led to the media. Why would the media give practically round the clock coverage to a group of "cowboys" staying in an empty wildlife center miles from any town, while including daunting adjectives; yet Native Americans have been camping for months with their families and others joining them, only to receive very scant coverage, at best? The one difference that I should mention is: The Standing Rock Protest began on private land, while Malheur is federally owned. Federal used to mean "of the people . . ."

To cause division is the difference and division of the people is the goal. An accusation of racism has been attempted, but there are just too many people in this country who have Native ancestry or are married to someone who does. Who can be racist against Native Americans without having a family feud on their hands? Besides, it's politically correct and rather trendy to have Native ancestry, so this issue just won't fit in the racism box. I wish I had a dollar for every time I heard a blue eyed blond share that their great grandma was an Indian princess.

Big Oil is so greedy and invasive to so many on both sides of the aisle, Bernie and Trump supporters can find a mutual ground against Big Oil. No one is really talking about the fact that the possibility of contaminating the longest river in the country is at stake with this pipeline. Can you imagine an oil spill in the longest river of the country? Is that a potential crisis the government won't let go to waste . . . ? Now that Bayer and Monsanto are discussing a merger, we don't need Big Oil and Big Gov't in charge of the water. The Protectors at Standing Rock are just not a divisive issue for the media to use to manipulate the masses.

The ranchers, however; are another matter. Besides the fact, their protest was spontaneous and poorly planned, it divided the conservatives. Some conservatives determined the ranchers were at fault and belong in jail, while others see the BLM as today's American "brown shirts." The potential for conservative division is what gave the ranchers more media coverage. I watched a couple of Wild Bill's videos as he vacillate across both ends of the spectrum, for his 15 minutes of fame on the subject; but his last video that I viewed on the subject, lost him more than one subscriber. Dividing over the land just seemed to lay the foundation for the further division of the conservatives through this very unusual presidential campaign.

The liberal side of the country seemed pretty much in agreement and openly hostile toward the ranchers. I was unfriended by a few on social media over the issue, but I don't really consider that relevant. The "friends" I've lost over various religious and political issues will be remembered when the excrement hits the oscillating device. Those of us who have come to unity in our understanding are cherished. I've learned a great deal from a great many people, and been able to share, as well.

The division is being spread and fed, like gasoline on a wildfire. Just as Standing Rock was gaining a bit of mainstream media coverage, the racial rioting began again, and the coverage has been wide spread. As a journalist, I do try to cover the lesser known stories and issues, but I am obviously biased in my articles . . . all of them. I'm not going to describe my view or writing as "fair and balanced" as Fox News has completely redefined the meaning of both of those terms.

There are some of us who are simply trying to let the Other 1% know they are few in number, but they are not alone.

As I've watched the situation at Standing Rock develop, I've been saddened beyond words. This is my first attempt to express what I've been contemplating. I see the courage in those who are standing, and I pray all those who are going in support are truly supportive. What I see in all this, though; is this problem started long before Standing Rock, and as much as I'd like to, I can't lay all the blame on the white man. Being of Native American descent, I've always been proud of my ancestry, but in many ways for several years, it was just a cubbyholed fact of my DNA. I'm blessed to be obviously Native American in my appearance, as I've met a great many blond, blue-eyed folks who claim a Native heritage, but that isn't the point. A part of me, was earthy and spiritual, but it wasn't until our Heavenly Father a.k.a. The Great Spirit healed my mind, that I more fully understand what it is to be tribal. Now, I'm not going to make Standing Rock about my personal journey, but rather use this opportunity to express how wrong it's been for so long, and do my best to not incite any bigotry and lay down my own. Standing Rock is by far not the first battle of the Great Plains, but it should be the last, and for the first time in American history, the side of greed should not win.

These brave souls of Standing Rock want more for their children and are willing to fight for that. They haven't sold out to the ridiculous notion many of us of indigenous ancestry did. For so many of us, our thinking was, "to try to give our kids everything we didn't have as kids, and higher public education is the path to success." I was one of those! On top of trying to live by and teach the next generation the mainstream programming, I failed to teach, or set the example of respect of the elders, either. I've been reaping the bitter harvest of that for a number of years, and probably will for the rest of my days.

For the last several months my daughter has called me to discuss nothing but her latest career and big plans to make big money. The call before the last one, was regarding her change of companies. She informed me that she is now working the downtown developments, 'in her element' and she could smell the money . . . This is in Arizona, state of much tribal history and the last territory to be made a state, in the contiguous 48. Now, to our last conversation. She wanted to share in solidarity against the greed of the pipeline, even mentioned that we should go together and stand with them in Standing Rock, since we're tribal, ya know . . . Just a few months ago she was in this area and had conspired with her white grandmother to exclude me from the family gathering and keep her visit a secret from me. Now she wants to go 1000 miles to be "family." I had spent her childhood trying to buy into the corporate capitalism of America, and she has a college degree, worked in banking through the bailout years, and now real estate. But she is against Big Oil . . .

I've contemplated long and hard about what I can actually do. I have ministered both spiritual and natural health to The Nations in Oklahoma. I need to do more, but what? I share the pro-Native American memes on Facebook! Yay me! Being Native American isn't about DNA and bloodlines . . . well it is, but it's so much more. It's spiritual! It's a different lifestyle and culture. It's a respect for our Creator, and a responsibility for creation. It's an appreciation of nature that many of us have lost and certainly failed to teach. These brave souls at Standing Rock are teaching their children what so many of us failed to do. Seems everyone likes to claim a Native heritage as they bustle through their hectic schedule on their way to the next "white culture" appointment or event. America doesn't reflect the culture of Native Americans and that's been a mistake for far too long, hundreds of years too long. As much as I'd like to lay all the blame on white corporate greed, some of the blame lies at the feet of those of us who are Native American, were and are aware that tribal reality is not taught in the public school system, or reported on mainstream media, or represented in Washington, and failed to impart the spirituality of tribal integrity to the next generation.

The biggest change and greatest help I can offer is to boycott any product that is provided by Dakota Access Pipeline Company, but that is going to take some research. The next thing I can do is to offer financial support to these individuals who are courageously taking a stand and have been since April of this year. The third thing I can do is to share and teach the Scriptural spiritual truth of a tribal culture to those who are willing to learn. The last thing I can do is to offer an "heritage" to those who are serious about Scriptural truth and Native endurance.

It's time, also that women stop trying to be equal with men and realize Native American culture is a matriarchal culture. We've lost a lot in that regard. Even the white folk have a saying, "the hand that rocks the cradle rules the world." So, as a society, we chose to abandon home, hearth, and rocking the cradle for money. This is where we, of Native ancestry would have to set aside bigotry and realize our nation would be greatly benefited if we taught the white people, our way of life. If we could lay the greed aside and truly reach out in peace.

I truly would love to just blame those fat cat, white elitist of Big Oil, but the reality is, we all had a responsibility to teach our children better than we did, and those at Standing Rock are doing just that. In the course of writing this article, it was announced that a judge has ruled against those standing at Standing Rock, then an injunction was put in place to stop construction. The outcome remains to be seen. Those brave hearted people simply do not have the same odds that our ancestors had at Little Big Horn, although; they do have the same values.

I have asked forgiveness for my failings and repented. I pray for the Native Americans, they are my people.
I need to at least get this published, though before the National Conferences, so; here goes.

I just can't help but entertain this thought . . . Since the Donald is not really being backed by the GOP and the democrats really seem to have been planning to run Hillary all along, what if . . . there were to be a Trump/Sanders ticket? The one thing both men claim is to be outside the political establishment. Now, whether or not that's true, I have no idea, but it is their claim to fame . . . Trump is a business man who has never held public office and Sanders has never had a job until he landed a public office. Could the two of them cover a broad spectrum or what? Seriously, though, what pair could secure more guaranteed votes from the disgruntled than these two?

I've already heard Bernie fans openly state, they will not vote for Hillary if she becomes the nominee. Then of course, there is the GOP mantra, always . . . Staying home is a vote for the democrats. I'm not a registered voter, and to be honest, I really don't like the choices we are looking at, but I've been around long enough now, to realize, we will get the President we deserve, and divisive confusion seems to be a favorite American pastime, at least for now. Just add some arrogant anger with entitlement whining and we have a majority! Since the campaign really is about winning, this is why I thought Donald and Bernie might just be a "pair to draw to."

For the past several months now, I've thought back to the time, I also was a democrat and a certain 69 year old Republican was running in 1980 to which the collective democrat cry was "he's too old." Now, we have Hillary who will also turn 69 this year running, yet the same party is not saying a word about her age . . . Perhaps if the standard is going to change, the party should at least acknowledge the reason. And we all know it isn't because the democrats became Reagan fans. I'm no longer a democrat and I'm still no fan of the Reagan years. In 1980 I believed 69 was too old for the job of President and I still believe 69 is too old. Seventy-five is completely too old, but VPs can be elderly, I guess. Joe Biden is just a year younger than Bernie and Dick Cheney was no kid, as well as having a bad heart. Yet, I digress . . . back to a Trump/Sanders ticket.

The probability is likely to be small, but the possibility does hold some serious potential, not only to win an election, but to make some changes. Particularly complimentary could be Bernie's free college idea led by a man who actually believes in jobs. Right now, there is a ton of student debt being ignored by graduates who have degrees for jobs that really don't exist. College used to be an advanced education in a particular field of interest, then it became a deferment from the draft, and by the end of last century college was basically, four more years of mom and dad support, with adult status. For so many now, a college degree is just a piece of paper for a resume.

Then there is the economy in general. The Donald likes to make big and spend big. Bernie appears to believe we should all share, but . . . according to Google, his net worth is somewhere between a quarter and half a million, so he's not quite as into socialism as his fans like to claim. The sidestepping of snopes was enough to convince me, Bernie can absolutely relate to a number of Americans who believe "life" owes them something, without any effort put forth. Donald, on the other hand, seems a bit reckless when it comes to "let's do it!" I'm thinking the two of them would either be complimentary in establishing a solid economic plan or be at such odds, we wouldn't even need Congress for gridlock and the money pit couldn't get much deeper.

I truly have no idea what November will bring, but sadly, I believe it will be what we deserve . . . and that isn't good. Back in 2003, I heard The Voice of YHWH tell me that 2012 would be the last recognizable election as we knew them to be. So far, this campaign cycle has been anything but recognizable. The only thing recognizable is Hillary Clinton's face and we're all tired of looking at that. America needs to remember some recent history, as does Hillary; and collectively realize, even after Bill "chose" Hillary, he changed his mind on several occasions . . .

Although I do not plan to participate, I will be a spectator in this coming election. I am no fan of Trump, but he is the closest candidate we can come up with, who has actually worked, at some point in his life.
We know our news is filtered here in the land of the free, so it would only make sense that our news sources determine what we view from other countries, as well. We full well know much of the Middle East is actually quite luxurious, yet we are shown the war torn headlines. We also know Israel is under constant threat of attack by Palestinians, yet when Israel responds, she is portrayed as the aggressor. I'm certainly not suggesting that war torn regions are rosy, not at all; but I am saying we simply do not know the details. Someone in another country who saw headlines from Ferguson, MO two years ago, might envision the entire country to looked like that.

The point of this blog is two fold. First, the American pundits, who by the way, are only well known because of the American media; pound the programming that American media cannot be trusted. So, those most vocal against the media, are using said media to propagate distrust and hate. Second to raise the question; in the realization that media is clearly filtering our national information, what gives credence to the international reports? And what are other nations seeing from our country? Is our media filtering what the world sees, or are other nation's filtering what their people see? None of us can sit in one place and presume to know what information is traveling the globe.

Am I eluding to a vast conspiracy theory? Hardly! It's not a theory, and my guess is, the power calling the shots is not much of a conspiracy, but rather simply, one of the powers prophesied in the book of Daniel. I'm guessing those who have sold their souls believe they are all a part of it, but . . . Have we really given any consideration to our level of distrust regarding the information sources that we continue to listen to, even though we say they can't be trusted? I realized today, as I sat at my table in tears . . . There are not many people I actually trust at all. I'm not distrusting, per se, just aware that everyone shares information from their own perspective, and very few share my perspective on some very core issues in my life. I'm also well aware that others undoubtedly feel the same toward me on some level. We simply cannot take life at face value any more. We don't have to be cynical and distrusting to realize our society is polarized, our politics is choreographed, and Messiah said our enemy would be of our own household. Trust does not abound! If our enemy would be of our own household, that leaves little hope of getting the straight scoop from anyone making a living at keeping the pot stirred and the ratings high.
Religion has also become a focal point of media and the programming is obviously intentional and atrociously biased. The attempt to devalue spiritual beliefs, even vilifying those who would stand by their values is gaining momentum in the media. When it comes to spiritual matters, I'm called to proclaim without compromise, so if I lose a google ad or social media "friend," I accept that as part of the job. As for matters of emotion and intelligence, that can cover a great deal of ground, and as it turns out that ground can be filled with landmines, especially when it comes to religious politics. Perhaps, the lack of logic in our political system while commingling religion, is the reason any discussion can become so emotionally volatile. Religion is often more emotional or political than spiritual.
Considering the power of filtering and programming, while witnessing the obvious results in a culture that considers itself intellectually elite and insightful with open disregard of media; raises the question as to how each of us decides what information we choose to believe. As far as I am concerned, the only thing I can believe with full trust and no doubt is Scripture and The One Who inspired it. When it comes to everything and everyone else, there is room for doubt, especially when there is an agenda . . .
With the treatment of the ranchers in Oregon, the blatant programming and influence became so obvious, I was sickened. The adjectives used by mainstream media were intentionally biased and derogatory. The fact that ranchers are held with no bond, no trial, and their jail is called prison should be alarming, but in this society of programmed viewers, it appears to have gone by most, virtually unnoticed. The fact that one of the men being held is an alternative news journalist should cause alarm for anyone who believes in the First Amendment, but most are more concerned about the "mock election" already proven to be decided by someone other than "we the people."
As I read the headlines and watch the reactions and comments, I can't help but wonder what, and how much of our craziness is being shown to the rest of the world. In what context is our news being reported to foreign countries? Do other nations know our federal government is doing a huge land grab and holding the citizens captive? America has the largest percentage of incarcerated citizens in the world. Is it just a matter of time until another country decides America needs to be "liberated?"
